And Republicans do the same, only in a larger scale.

Yep. In my lifetime no one, except Clinton has balanced the books, while Trump burned money faster than anyone.

Sure. Punish the US consumer with sky high import taxes will surely show the Chinese who the boss is. LOL.

I'm sorry you didn't get the point.

Democrats are the big spenders. Clinton and Gingrich were the exception. Obama and Biden blew up the debt. Biden just announced a $7.3T yearly budget.

Level the playing field for US manufacturing is good for America.

Tariffs are paid by the importer, not the exporter. Do you think the importer will just eat the 10% loss, or will they pass the cost along to the consumer?

There's only one cnadidate who wants to put a new 10% tax on just about everything, and that's Trump.

Tariffs level the playing field. That’s the purpose.

Sure, and Republicans are even bigger spenders. Nothing new under the sun.

Cool beans. GOP controlled the spending 6 out of 8 Obama years, and they control it now, and they controlled it in 2017 when they hiked spending by 20%.

    Congress controls spending.

60% Trump tax is not good for anyone.

Consumer pays, and he it talking about up to 60% tax.

The only thing they level is your bank account.

Unless you have a majority in the House and 60 votes in the Senate there is no control.

Both GW and Trump increased the deficit every year they were in office. After getting through the worst recession since the Great Depression, Obama reduced the deficit in 5 of his last 6 years.

Biden has reduced the deficit twice, but I will admit that it only looks like a reduction, because it got up so high under Trump. Definitely more needs to be done by whichever candidate wins.

There was still a deficit. Obama's policies resulted in the slowest recovery from a recession in history.

The jump from 2019 to 2020 was due to Covid when the rate of gdp growth was negative.

    Congress controls the purse.

You have your vote, so keep voting for more spending, since you have convinced yourself that there is such thing as fiscally conservative politician. You probably voted for Trump when he said he'll pay off the debt, and then he did the exact opposite with the help from GOP Congress.

Who told you that? The stock market tripled, which made lot of people very happy.

The Senate has to pass any budget. And a budget cannot be voted on without 60 votes to break the filibuster.

Which they did. The vaccine was both safe and effective. Those who were vaccinated, and contracted COVID had much better outcomes medically overall than those who werent. That is just fact.

That statement is meaningless without age group and preconditions breakdown.

The CDC has been exceptionally open about results of vaccinations including issues of age group and preconditions.

Doctors and hospitals worked under serious reporting requirements.

Those findings were available to the public from the start.

Remember that from the start there were restrictions based on age and preconditions. Those restrictions were relaxed as per testing here and abroad.

There are still CDC recommendations concerning who should consider not being vaccinated.
