How did Hilary record the expense of the Russian hoax/Steele dossier? Did she report it as legal/business expense? If so, why is Bragg not going after her? Same state, same (federal) election, same supposed violation, not?

What's really sad is that the left truly believes that they are innocent of the things that they accuse Trump of. That what they do is some how "different". Justifiable. Right. In point of fact they are the same. The only real difference is Trump is up front and loud about it. While the left hides behind sweet smiles and coos of comfort.

They truly are two sides of the same coin.

No. Regardless of how it ends, it shouldn't have happened. We have to put an end to political prosecutions. That it started is the problem, not how it ends.

Why do you quote opinions as though they were fact? Opinions aren't an argument. You don't like mine, I don't like yours.

Or more accurately charges against him for political reasons by a prosecutor and judge that are his enemies and a jury taken from enemy territory. We all know how the system works. We just differ in our opposition to or support of political prosecutions.

Exactly. Pay a bribe if you wish because it's expedient but don't falsify your taxes. It's not that he paid her it's that he lied about it to avoid taxes.

You do know that 4 out of 10 people there voted for him and he only needs one "Not guilty" to get off and math alone says that at least 4 jurors would have voted for him.

Of course. I understand how the system works. That isn't the issue. The problem is that this crazy prosecution was brought in the first place.

I'm not sure that is correct, but it is true the real reason for the payment was covered up, and the records falsified accordingly. They were shown as 'legal fees.'

Great! As soon as the Jury is empanelled, Merchan will direct a verdict of 'not guilty,' yeas?

No, the system doesn't work that way. Thanks for the outsider opinion, though.

Your paranoia is irrelevant. The evidence and testimony will be judged by a jury of the accused peers.

Whining that it is politics is not a defense.

The law is our judicial system wherein an accused is judged by a jury of his peers after they have carefully examined the evidence and testimony, not Trump's tantrums for the media, not his worshipers whining that the sexual abuser is being treated like any other American, given the opportunity to refute the charges against him in court.

I'll answer for him. For the first week, he'll try to behave, but he'll scowl and click his tongue. Then after the jury is selected, Trump will angrily act up and have to be removed. He might even **** himself.

Is that * in place of S or F? Either works.

Dropping the charges is NOT the same thing as saying a crime did not happen.

Yeh, I keep hearing that y’all don’t think trump should be held liable for his crimes.

Want to know what’s political prosecution? Trying to charge a president for the actions of their son while wasting 18 months of the entire legislative system for the House to end up with no charges because it was all just a campaign stunt.

Maybe y’all should stop electing criminals?

Until the appeal goes through and that hot garbage is dumped in the dumpster it belongs in. It was his money from his own business. Not the campaign that paid Cohen.

Oh, okay Justice Gary. How did everyone else get it so wrong?

Did people see the Orange Wart try to blame Biden for state court proceedings? He’s appealing to illiterate people.
