The thing to note with an average MOE of plus or minus 3 points, we’re still looking at a basic tie between these two old foggies. All the polls, at least the RCP average of all the recent polls has have shown a basic tie. Neither one of these two old foggies has been able to get a lead outside the MOE.

 

Lower prices were caused by very low demand. That was caused, in turn, by the economy crashing during Covid. You thought a crashed economy was "good"? Step back for one second and realize that MSNBC issues corrections when they get something wrong, FOX news doubles down. Lets be clear here, and at least admit that the right doesn't care about facts, they care about confirmation bias. This is clearly born out in the fact that in 2020 during the election, Fox was caught lying, their talking heads admitted they were lying, and then when their texts were released as part of the trial, they told their audience that they knew you were dumb, and their audience just said "OK". Then when Fox News fired them, they all went off on their own and they all still have huge followings. Hell, right after that new outlets came out, OAN, NewsMax etc, and they stayed on cable systems and internet feeds (No FCC fines) to become even further from truth, and they all have large viewerships. What other "liberal" outlets are there ?

The thing about RCP is that Rasmussen is 8pts, and, as such, is an outlier poll, and it is an outlier poll because it's methodology is landlines. 8 pts is way out of a wack with all the polls, few of which go higher than 4 pts. Who still uses landlines? Mostly elderly, and they vote republican and for Trump. So that poll is definitely flawed.

so, remove that 8 pointer from the averages, and Biden is ahead.

Somebody cautioned me on this, and I am relaying the caution. This race is way too close to start getting complacent. Biden has a long road ahead, and will need to capture more Independent vote. He will also need a good voter turnout.

One thing we have to keep in mind is that Biden will lose votes to Stein, and probably Kennedy (only because he carries that "Democratic" name).

 

How was his economy pre-covid? Then compare it to this idiot currently in the white house's economy. Let me know which was better

Unemployment rate: 3.5%
Growth rate: 2.5% (Obama's was 2.25%)
Blacks in poverty dropped below 20%, the first time since WW2
Household incomes increased
Gas was $2.60/gallon
Food costs were low

Now go ahead and tell me how we're better off now, with gas back up to $4/gallon and a lb of ground beef is $8. I'll wait.

The problem conservatives have with NPR is that they report the facts. Those facts usually counter the Fox narrative

What the right in this country refuses to accept is that Fox has moved the goalposts so far to the right, that the middle is now considered "liberal". Then add in OAN and Newsmax and you have a trifecta of conservative bias. Fox News paid a BILLION $$$ fine and their viewership actually increased. That is literally all we need to know about this country : One side of the debate actually wants to be lied to !
