Sometimes ya just have to sit back and laugh and the incredible irony, contradictions and double standards the left engages in. On one hand, they don't want cash bail, they don't want non violent offenders in prison (some even want to empty prisons) and instead getting sent to prison for murder,* some libs want to send the perp to a diversionary program. On the other hand, the left wants to send a non violent person to prison simply be of extreme hatred and bigotry.

*Oakland gang bangers killed a 2 year old during a gun battle on a highway. The last I heard, the DA was looking at the murderer being sentenced to a diversionary program.
