US House passes $95 billion Ukraine, Israel aid package, sends to Senate

The House of Representatives sent a border security bill to the senate last year. Schumer refuses to bring it up.

Donald Trump will not allow any border legislation until after the election. He can't continue his fear/hate campaign if the situation at the border improves.

 

The primary reason that Johnson brought this bill to the floor for a vote us because it includes aid for Israel. He said so himself. Kudos to him for putting country over party and his speakership, whatever his reasons.

This bill does not include border legislation. Trump will not allow that.

He should not require their support, but what was once the respectable, serious Republican Party is in free fall and complete disarray.

The point of this thread is the utter uselessness of Republicans. They caved on Ukraine aid and they caved on FISA. I knew they would. They will cave on the bill that opens the borders. They want the same thing as Democrats want. To bankrupt the country, to replace the native population, to decimate the middle class, to consolidate federal power, and to subvert constitutional protections.

No rational person any longer believes Ukraine can win this. This aid package will do absolutely nothing to change the end result. It will just make certain wealthy Americans wealthier, more Ukrainians and Russian dead and continue to sour relations within NATO. The amount of prestige America will lose after this war is lost is going to be colossal. The empire is over and the idiots running the country haven't got the memo. Power comes from manufacturing and engineering. Manufacturing has been gutted in America and engineering is in the process of being gutted.
