As faras being an American that is still in question and the birther movement is far from dead.
His communist ties go back to his grandparents.

Who paid for his schooling the records are sealed.

Enough said or this will be deleted.

And we all saw the pix of him bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia and let's not forget he also bowed to the mayor of Orlando, Florida.....

Imagine that - the POTUS/the C-I-C of our Armed Forces bowing to a Mayor... it's more than a weakness - something is seriously wrong....

Hey... Hey... wait just a minute... in all fairness that mayor looked foreign to Barack Obama. Well... not only is he weak, he is dumb too.

Or maybe Obama is just a little crazy and doesn't realize that he's bowing?

You have to admit - privately to yourself if nothing else - that it is very odd behavior.

Something weird is going on inside Obama's head which causes him to do that even when he knows it will hurt him politically.

This is not showing respect - this is disregarding two hundred years of American protocols and achieving new low in American diplomacy...

No its not , perhaps you dont have any clue about non american cultures , obama has .

"hurt him" only in the people that already hate him they will use such things to justify that irrational hate by making up whatever they think is going on.

She's the mayor of an American city.

    How foreign can she be?

    Which is my point.

Externally I'm sure Obama's advisors are telling him not to bow.

But those little voices in his head tell him something else that he must obey.

Yep, the only culture he appears not to have been familiar with was, embarrassingly, American culture which doesnt greet with a bow, but a handshake.

His common sense was overridden by his stereotype that if it looks Asian, he must bow.

The sad ugly truth about smear tactics is that they work. There are always those who want so much to beleive despite the facts, and there are always those who haven't got a lick of common sense or can comprehend what critical thinking is as applied to propaganda. Of course then there are those that are just profoundly stupid and entrenched in partisan hatred.

No its only odd to that portion of the american public that is so parochial it cannot understand that polite respect of others is an effective way of establishing some measure of rapport and certainly it improves communication.

Seems there is a portion of the american public that thinks its leaders should be as arrogantly insensitive to "other" cultural mores as they are.

your above response must be the "smear tactics" you were referring to earlier.

well, not actually since you cannot debate that there is a portion of the american public that is so parochial it cannot understand the benefits of showing polite respect of another's culture.

Smear tactics aren't about the truth, its about mis-interpretation, out of context quotes, lies and innuendos, as you well know.

I can agree that there are, what you call, "parochial" people in all cultures. I do not agree that those "parochial" people are necessarily discourteous or impolite.

perhaps it is you who do not understand the benefit of or show respect for those you call "parochial"?

from what I read in your post above, I believe that you are trying to smear portions of the American populace - of course we never came to a definition as to who isn't and who is "parochial". :)
