Conservatives get all stressed out at the mere thought of a minorty group being treated the same as them. I mean let's face it conservatives are the chosen people.
That looks funny. I could see that being something I could laugh at all the time. I'm curious, did no party write this? Because he said he was working on a book.
Yes I did Being Independent makes it easier to poke fun at both sides and the middle. Here's a taste: Al Sharpton: A public and political figure whose goal in life is to fight racism by creating more of it. Bite: What a quadriplegic does in a fight. Congress: A group of political officials elected to make sure the country does well - only so long as their party gets credit for it. Eric Cantor: A politician who tries to look like Clark Kent, while displaying the morals of Lex Luther. There are also tons of images but I don't know how to attach them to a message. This was an old book of humor that was just updated for current events. The one I am currently finishing is an action thriller. I've finished the manuscript but need to cut about 30,000 words.
It's a lot of fun. Everyone who's seen it has laughed out loud - and always at something different. The first beta readers were here in Las Vegas and a few pages in they looked at me and said "Why is it so against Liberals?". I told them to keep reading. The second group was my mom's friends in Arizona. One of them asked me "Why is it so against Conservatives?" and my wife and I just busted up. Then he kept reading and laugh out loud several times. It's not long -but it's perfect for killing time on a plane, when your wife drags you out shopping etc...
Yup - only on Amazon until next year. They have the Kindle for PC, Droid, Iphone etc.... download on the site and it's free. That's better than the actual Kindle (like my daughter's) as it shows the images in color. Plus since it's going to be a coffee table book, 3 bucks is better than $16!
