    Is the Pope Catholic? Actually, it depends on how you define corrupt. He's obviously a racist, he's obviously an ideologue whose politics define how he does, or doesn't do, his job, and he a serial liar.

    But, how do you define corrupt?

    He's a lying sack of poop. Does anybody really believe he had no knowledge of F&F until a few weeks ago? Bottom line: this happened on Obama's watch. Obama has to clean up the mess. And it's looking more and more that he's incapable of cleaning up any mess.
