Another stellar teacher going to the government over a stupid kiss. This teacher called child welfare services, who then told her to call the cops. Folks, where did common sense go to? Why are we calling upon the government for every small little thing??? Is this a police state? I know public schools are about 1 step below juvenile prison but this is just stupid. How about just call the parents and let them handle it? Why does everything have to be considered a sex crime. A sex crime???? Holy (*)(*)(*)(*), did you read that part!!?? http://www.thesmokinggun.com/buster/cops-called-for-school-kiss-657831
The principle's name is Margaret Ann Haring. The school is Orange River Elementary School in Florida. She's clearly an idiot.
Were consequences, financial or otherwise, attached to these utterly stupid abuses of state infrastructure dollars, perhaps folks would learn to keep their noses out of other peoples business, or use basic common sense when dealing with minor, human interaction issues, or "zero tolerance" dictates. While I was in the Navy, the "Tailhook" episode in Vegas briefly created an environment where vindictive female sailors began using sexual harassment as a weapon against ranking superiors they didn't like....(I was a 'victim' of such). It became such a problem, my command began punishing the false accusers with rank/pay reduction and even brig time on a few occasions.... and almost instantly, the problem went away.
well obviously we should have overpaid union beaucrocrats like teachers deciding how sexual elementary school kids should be allowed to get and they should lead the class in prayer
Actually this incident is out of character for the lib public teachers who would normally step in and suggest that the children get a motel room if they wish to continue.
With idiots like these people teaching our kids, is it any wonder our public schools perform so poorly?
Color me surprised that the statist condones the school teacher calling child welfare services over a simple kiss.....lol. Don't call the parents, no instead call the state b/c that is the kid's nanny.....lol. And we wonder why idiot teachers do the things they do.
uhm....and who does the teacher work for? if you dont want the state to be your kids nanny, dont leave your kid with the state run schools
I think I may jump off a cliff soon. The level of stupidity in my own country is just too much to bear.
Wait, I can't tell if this is a joke or not. Who the (*)(*)(*)(*) cares if this school is run by the government, are you condoning this level of stupidity and waste of taxpayer's dollars? I don't care what political stance you have, if you agree with this course of action, you are a (*)(*)(*)(*)ing idiot.
I think when in doubt with something involving children and what could be considered sexual, you shouldnt just turn your back. do you work at Penn State?
You use your common sense, if a girl kisses a boy, you call the parents if you feel nervous. If the girl reached down his pants, than you can call child services to talk to the parents about how they raise a kid like that. Police are for when there is a rape. I'm curious, what does penn state have to do with this? And no, I don't.
GOOD GOD MAN!! A smooch between two adolescents...hell, even if they were screwing under the bleachers.... Is SO comparable to a middle aged male butt (*)(*)(*)(*)ing a 10 year old in a campus shower. *once again shakes head, mouth agape in utter amazement at the shameless, ridiculous spin lefties can put on an issue*
Um, your comments are just totally (*)(*)(*)(*)ing stupid. So you condone, I have to ask again b/c I am at a lose here, calling child welfare services b/c a boy got kissed by a girl. You consider this an action worth getting child welfare services involved in?
Sounds like liberals and their "zero tolerance" fascism again. Imagine, if the boy was drawing a picture of a gun during the kissing incident. That would have caused a school lock-down. _
So this idiot public teacher wants a child registered as a sex offender for the rest of the girl's life?
Not only that, but call child welfare services over the matter and possibly have the child taken away from the parents.
im not saying I would make that choice in every similiar situation, but I dont have a big problem with it....especially considering thats what child services told her to do.
