Well in the case of NY, Zuccotti Park is a privately owned park. Plus, nowhere in the Constitution does it say you are entitled to anything other than what is in there. I don't see a clause in the 1st Amendment that says because you're protesting that someone has to provide food, shelter, and a lavatory for you.

These protestors are practicing their Democracy. Or have you forgotten how this country was founded. It was founded in large part, based on PROTEST!! Think back to the Boston Massacre and pay attention. Because thats what happens when people with guns/weapons start abusing people without them. Someone innocent gets hurt or killed and then you get a whole bunch of really angry people.

Some usage of facts might help you, the highest income rate was only on the very top amounts, not for all income earned. Read up on what a progressive income tax is.

People are angry at the OWS for several reasons, including whining that they cannot obtain jobs to pay back student loans - who forced them to take out a loan in the first place? Or for the large proportion that of them that are not there as protestors, but to leech off of others, eating/living for free in NYC, and demanding this as a right, as well as expecting to be able to use local restaurant bathrooms as if they were entitled.

Possibly the worst thing these morons have done is try to block people from getting to work, that is asking for getting their heads bashed in.

If some 27-year old idiot/8-year program college student too lazy to get a job and get off of mama's couch tried to block me from earning a living and putting food on the table, they better hope the cops get to them first.

What is wrong with someone going to school for 8 years??? Why is that a bad thing to you? Because you weren't intelligent enough to do it? Or because you wish you would have? That is why when the revolution was over, they did everything they could to pay off the $75 million (in their times figures) down ASAP. Whats the point of protesting when the government is going to say something just to get the crowds to go away and not fulfill their agreements. Those protesters are wasting their time.
