The homeless should have the right to a free car, because homeless people are usually better drivers. In a poll on pollmonkey.com, 97% of 1000 people surveyed said that they would feel safer if their taxi driver was homeless.

The homeless should be swept off the streets and introduced to the concept of Chain Gangs but without Chains ( just to show I am not Right Wing ) .
They should keep things clean including very tall things ( they might fall off).
And clean Bridges and build roads and tunnels under various seas and oceans ( don't get obsessed with details , please)
Some have mental health problems . Smile at them and address them by their first names . Dozy and Nuisance will suffice .
Keep the World Tidy and Efficient ( we need very cheap labour) .

The OP is absurd . Never let them near cars apart from cleaning them .

I believe the homeless should at least have the right to a plot of land to sleep on, somewhere not right next to a noisy crowded road. Tragically, many homeless do not even have the right to a place to sleep or a place to put their meager possessions without fear that it will be confiscated by police or city employees trying to clean the parks.

Whoa if you just start giving homeless people free cars then everyone with a home that can't afford a car could just act homeless to get a car and the whole idea of giving out cars would cost so much money. <<< MODERATOR EDIT: OFF TOPIC/INSULT >>>

you should tell obama about this idea. he could easily work another tax in just for the wealthy so the cost of these free cars would be covered. its about time the man started coming off his slice of the pie anyway. the rich complain about all these bums and freeloaders but yet they are the bussiness owners and keep all the profit for themselves being greedy and not sharing some of the wealth thus creating most of the problems they complain about. and now the rich are starting to work more and more laws into place for immigrant workers with work visas instead of employing their own countryman. the rich can either pony up a slice now or have the whole pie taken from them when the hordes of poor folks get unified and take everything from the rich.
however why stop there. these homeless will also need gasoline and insurance oil changes new tires and windshield washer fluid and wipers, litter bags ohhh and dont forget those tune ups and brake checks.

Yes, and ugly people should have the right to a hot wife. The question is how do you propose making this happen without punishing everyone else?

The homeless should have an absolute right to get a job. And, you are aware that almost half of the homeless have homes but under the socialists the homes are nice enough.

"Fortysix percent of all poor households actually own their own homes. The average home owned by persons classified as poor by the Census Bureau is a threebedroom house with oneandahalf baths, a garage, and a porch or patio.

Seventysix percent of poor households have air conditioning. By contrast, 30 years ago, only 36 percent of the entire U.S. population enjoyed air conditioning.

Only 6 percent of poor households are overcrowded. More than twothirds have more than two rooms per person.

The average poor American has more living space than the average individual living in Paris, London, Vienna, Athens, and other cities throughout Europe. (These comparisons are to the average citizens in foreign countries, not to those classified as poor.)

Nearly threequarters of poor households own a car; 30 percent own two or more cars.

Ninetyseven percent of poor households have a color television; over half own two or more color televisions.

Seventyeight percent have a VCR or DVD player; 62 percent have cable or satellite TV reception.

Seventythree percent own microwave ovens, more than half have a stereo, and a third have an automatic dishwasher"

    I don't have air conditioning, a television, a VCR/DVD player, or a dishwasher. I wonder if I'm poor?

Ugh, 1000 people doesn't represent the majority of people.

I'm not going to say any more because I'll probably get banned.
