Canada Fed Up With Barack Obama - Will Sell Oil To China

This is insane and for the sake of a envirowhacko that Barack Obama holds.

Let's review... This pipeline would:

Cut the U.S.A. dependency on Middle East oil significantly. This is especially important as Iran threatens to shut down the Straight of Hormuz and as Syria, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, and other Middle East countries are going through serious turmoil.

This would strengthen our relationship with our greatest and most trusted trading partner.

It would create THOUSANDS of permanent jobs and even more temporary ones.

It would reduce the price of energy in the U.S.A. which directly raises the standard of living.

It would likely advance wildlife as the Alaska Pipeline did for millions of Caribou and migratory birds.​

If we don't do it:

China will improve its relations dramatically with Canada.

China will receive oil at a great pace, improving their growth, and competitive advantages vs. the U.S.A.

China will realize thousands of new jobs that would have been U.S.A. jobs.

America will continue to be dependent on Middle East Oil and OPEC oil.​

The next time a Liberal claims Iraq was "blood for oil", tell them to shut their stupid pie hole. There would be far less need for any Middle East oil if we enabled our ally, neighbor, and best trading partner the ability to offer us more oil.

This failure lands right square on the head of Barack Obama and "Progressives".

The next time a Liberal claims there is some "jobs" bill... tell them to shut their idiotic cake hole. The Democratic jobs bills have tried to shut down hundreds of thousands of Independent oil workers already, and now their fight against working with Canada on a huge win for the U.S.A. in economy (JOBS), foreign relations, and standard of living is clear for all to see.

Liberals are screwing over the United State of America and forcing more dependency on the Middle East while empowering Red China.

 

I don't know why Canada is so testy over this. Why don't they build their own bloody refinery?

 

Um.....they're going to sell oil to China anyway.

We can't stop them from doing that.....nor would the XL pipeline stop that. It's not an either or proposition. The Canadian PM expressed an interest in exporting oil to Asia. They can do that with or without the pipeline.

 

That's a really dumb idea, Margot.

You don't truck gasoline thousands of miles in tankers.

Besides, why would Obama and the libs want the refinery jobs going to Canadians when so many Americans need work?

What's wrong with value-added exports that employ American workers and lessen our balance of trade deficit?

That means more money in the pockets on Americans.

 

Canadian oil is so thick and dirty that it won't flow thru a pipeline unless you buy god crude and thin it..

Further.. the refinery in Port Arthur is owned by the Saudis. Harper is a horse's behind.. Sell the crude to China.

Libs discuss economics as if they all have a money tree in their back yard.

We have so many unemployed Americans now in part because Obama and his lib apologists do not understand how wealth is created.

What happens is that we buy the oil from Canada at a discount, add value by refining it and then sell it for a profit.

• Losing thousand of jobs
• Maintaining our dependency level on the Middle East
• Damaging our relationship with Canada
• Empowering China
• Not pro-actively improving wildlife
• Raising U.S.A.'s standard of living

And what does the US do with all the crud that is refined out of Canadian crude?

 

You run it through our warships like we have always done. You create roads with it. You create all types of plastic produces. It is very recyclable.

 

Cover roofs with it.

Or find some better use.

I'm not in that business but I'm sure they won't process it into baby food.

The problem is the liberals envirowhackjobs want us off fossil fuels and they figure the only way we "ignorant fossil fuel spoiled" Americans will ever get off of them is if they starve us out.

That is the bottom line. To intentionally starve Americans of fossil fuels regardless of economic consequences.

 

LOLOL Urea and sulfur are used to make fertilizer, but there are NO US refineries with a footprint large enough to deal with that stuff NOR any downstream manufacturing.

 

It takes 2 tons of tar sand sediment to make 1 barrel of oil.

I imagine they could make a few man-made islands off the coast of Port Arthur, Texas with all the discarded material........a new place for Spring Breakers to go!

 

Here's a novel idea:

Instead of spending billions on a pipeline that will create thousands of jobs, why don't we spend billions to invest in green energy and businesses that will create MILLIONS of jobs?

 

I doubt you will see much or any discarded material from it. That could be used in roofing and asphalt for rebuilding roads

 

They don't understand how the tar sands work..

The 2 tons of bitumen come out of the open pit mines in Fort Macmurray.. Then they take the oil out and put the 2 tons of leftover discarded material back.

None of that ends up at the refinery and won't be going through the pipeline.

Please do some research for those of you in this thread who don't know how this works.

ROFL! When you right click your image it is discovered to be from a FAR LEFTWING ENVIROWHACKO BLOG. Those pictures are from where exactly? C'mon tell us all?

Here is the reality. My photos are from the Alaska Pipeline where the Caribou have increased 30X since the building of the pipeline largely thanks to the heat and shelter it creates.





Also, migratory birds too have greatly benefited from the heat and shelter. This is well know in all circles that do not play to lies, but deal in reality.
