Joe there seems to be some strange things going on on the forum. Yesterday evening Adrian put that message ' Labour MP Predicts Total Islamification of Britain.' I complained about duplicate post and today the person who is supposed to have put it up is someone called British Nationalist.

In the same way I know I checked the post I made re Gloc and I know certainly my eyes saw differently before. That is why I could not go as far as apologise because I knew I had checked it thoroughly. Either I am going mad or there is something weird going on.

Were you on last night and saw and can you confirm was indeed Adrian and not this new Brit Nationalist who put up that post.

      I am usually pretty sound.

No, I'll watch one of their movies this wekend I was just looking at a youtube clip. They're approached by two prostitutes promising to do anythig for fifty bucks, it ends with Jay saying "man, chicks in hollywood are so stuck up". :D

I just watched some Jay and Silent Bob, you were right. Very funny, very crude. :D

They were in Dogma weren't they? That was a pretty funny movie.

      Great!

That Russia-Venezuela thread is unbelievable, I love it how someone actually suggested you thought Putin was a socialist!

You must have heard of JIMP, "(*)(*)(*)(*) in my Pants". It's a music video by some of the guys on Saturday Night Live in America, 33million views on youtube now. Never heard of Jay and Silent Bob, I'll have to check it out.

I might pop in and help you on the Russia thread then, if just to try and annoy the idiots you're arguing against.

I know, but the BBC is better than Russia today. It's far from perfect but it's not as bad as it could be.

And yep, sofisticated movies tend to be nowhere near as good as basic, funny humour. The cruder the better in my book. JIMP is a great example. :D

Haha, well I can't blame you for that. You're probbly right that it's got better but you only have to look at Russia Today to see that the country is far from free. I think it's a shame, but possibly necessary, that Venezuela has to be s close and welcoming to Russia especially militarily. But of course western tactics against the left are well established, they always find a way to try and force any leftist country to abandon some of its principles in order to ensure safety. Russia, Cuba and now Venezuela are all good examples.

Hey, have you watched "Mall Cop"? It's a great movie, so funny. You can get it here, nothing sofisticated just funny stuff.

You might be right about Russia but under Putin's leadership it's going nowhere good. Economically Russia may be sound in comparison to other European powers but consider the social problems it faces, I seriously doubt political stabiliy can be maintained in Russia long-term which will in turn lead to economic problems. It might survive well even and could rival other ecnomic powers in a few decades but unfortunately it is no better than the US in terms of politics, it has a better foreign policy but a much worse domestic one.

Fortunatey the BNP aren't so active here in Notts but there were a few of them about in a council by-election we had though they have very little support.

Britain doesn't need to pull closer to Russia but they do need to stop colluding with the US for sure. We're in a strong position to start implementing some socialist policies and tell the EU to kick us out if they dare, admittedly trade would suffer as a result but with emerging economies in Latin America and India ever increasing economically I think a less western-centred foreign policy could work well for Britain. In 30 years the major powers will be the US, China, India and maybe Brazil. Western Europe will remain stable but cannot compete with emerging economies and Russia's going to (*)(*)(*)(*). At least IMO :D I just don't see Russia as having any positive role to play in the world any more than America does.

The sad thing is they've got a good chance of getting a seat in the North West in the coming European elections. I'm just dreading the moment they have an MP.

I saw your thread about Russian bombers in Venezuela, such a shame you're not always right. :D In all seriousness though I can only see bad things in any escalation of international tension but clearly Venezuela can't just sit back and wait for the US to attack.

(*)(*)(*)(*)ing hell. I just clicked on "New Posts" and the first thread was one of Dino's "Labour are the real fascists"! Classic.

I know! It gets dull being so perfect. :P How did the thread get to be about Venezuela anyway, was it the typical situation where you made a point which went unanswered by anything other than a "yeah but in Venezuela..."?

That's only because you're so often right about things.;)

That story in your thread brings out so much hypocrisy, it would be funny if it wasn't quite so serious. Ain't the news depressing?!:ignore:

Ah well, I'll rant and rave in the thread.:-D
