Amazing. But it doesn’t stop there. All topics can be discussed using science. It’s a a methodology, not just a subject. AAMOF the, even highest levels of law is science.

Yes they can. However it is racist to do so. Racism is not illegal.

STANDING UP TO BIGOTRY: Professor files racial discrimination lawsuit, says two black colleagues paid far more.

College’s racial pay discrimination has caused him ‘permanent and irreparable harm’

I don't remember Trump suggesting that Whites should get preferential medical care. Do you?

That would be a good question to research. You may get answers you don’t like. Google “;Trump and racism”

I await the results of your research. You made the claim; it is incumbent on you to back it up.

Sorry. Can’t trust sources that claim Trump was racist when he said Mexicans were murders or when he called the KKK fine people or back in the 70s supposedly wouldn’t rent to black people or because he called countries **** holes or used the term China virus. All pure BS. His racism were really on display when he was dating a black woman too. And his inner Nazi was all out when he forgot his Daughter, son in Law and grandkids are Jewish.

Well, that's not entirely true. Try hanging a sign outside that says you admit customers based on skin color, or, that you hire based on skin color.

Now in real terms, certainly in employment cases, discrimination in favor of certain minority groups is increasingly common, but rarely legal. It is lawful to grant racial preferences as a temporary measure to overcome manifest imbalances in traditionally segregated jobs, but, that's rarely the case these days.

Take United Airlines’ plan during this decade to train 5,000 pilots and to have half of the 5,000 be women and “people of color.” Unless United can show that this regime is necessary to make up for past discrimination based on race and gender, the company’s plan might lead to unlawful results. If a pilot fails to be hired because of this policy, they might very well want to file suit. The Left has done a remarkable job pushing their agenda through lawfare and it's long past time for the Right to put the same tool to work.

Take another current example: Just this year the general counsel of Coca Cola sent a letter to the law firms that represent it demanding that these firms “commit that at least 30% of each of billed associate and partner time will be from diverse attorneys, and of such amounts at least half will be from Black attorneys.”

This same racist clown warned that failure to comply on a given new legal engagement over two quarterly reviews “will result in a non-refundable 30% reduction in the fees payable until the commitment is met and, continued failure may result in your firm no longer being considered for work.” Meeting Coke’s diversity requirements will also “be a significant factor in determining inclusion and ongoing status on Coke’s panel” of “preferred firms.”
    https://www.powerlineblog.com/archi...w-firms-engage-in-unlawful-discrimination.php

Blacks make up only 5 percent of Americans licensed to practice law. Yet, Coke demands that Blacks account for 15 percent of billable hours on its work in wildly disproportionate numbers.

"Black representation even in the general U.S. population is less than 15 percent. Yet, Coke has set its requirement for Black representation on its matters (in terms of hours billed) at 15 percent."

"Coke’s demand that 30 percent of billable hours go to “diverse” lawyers does not provide any indication — even a frivolous one — that racial/ethnic groups other than Blacks are underrepresented at the law firms it uses."
    Schurr v. Resorts Int’l Hotel, Inc., 196 F.3d 486, 497 (3rd Cir. 1999).

If anyone is refused treatment at this Boston hospital because of their race, they need to find a good attorney and take this to court.
