So, a half constructed wall falling down wouldn't be a OMG! situation.

 

It certainly is if the construction company are rushing the project through. There is little doubt that the integrity of adjacent panels have been compromised if those panels were also placed when the concrete was not suitably cured.

 

Just curious if you are blaming the DNC for the software mess they are experiencing?
