Check the NFL ratings over the past couple days, Wally, and get back to us. I'm a "fake patriot"? I'm not a "Rambo", but I am an honorably discharged former member of the United States Armed Forces. Oh, but I'll bet you've got patriotic credentials that shine in the dark... right?

The sponsors have already started pulling away from these jive-ass 'prima donna's'. Then soon, that, along with even further plummeting ratings and boycotted stadiums are going to make it crystal clear to the owners -- get rid of these self-adoring morons! You can always get some other big blob of meat-on-the-hoof to play something as relatively simple as 'football'. After all, football's not a really demanding sport like NHL Hockey where you have to be one hell of a smart, strong athlete with stamina, poise, and the ability to actually stay on your damned FEET for more than 10 seconds without falling over....

But these big-rich NFL 'studs' think they're totally 'safe' by pulling this America-hating crap... right? And a lot of them graduated from college, "Magna Cum Laude"... right, so they've got it all figured out, right...? Uh-huh.... Too bad for you that the NFL & it's owners don't agree with your idiotic contention that their players hate America.

And thank you for your service.

Since when did you start hobnobbing with rich old white people? As of last Thursday you hated them.

No, the protest started by a racist quarterback last year under Obamas watch, how could you not know that? Calling yourself is an immigration distinction, isn't it, because it certainly can't be a title earned through education of current events and facts.

The current events and facts are such that Kaepernick was BARELY relevant to any national discussion three days ago. Then Trump launched a multi-prong attack against several athletes and declared a boycott protest against the NFL.

There isn't enough people turning it off for the NFL to care!

The divisive reality tv performer, amidst a record of legislative failure and festering scandals, has directed his hysterical tweet tantrums at peaceful social protest to keep his fans wee wee'd up by his fake meme of flag abuse. Sad, very sad.

His cheap ploy is a loser in the long run. Throughout the nation's history, such has been the pattern of progress.
Of course, folks like those at the neo-nazi Daily Stormer that proclaim Trump their "Glorious Leader" do not view unifying the nation as "progress" -

Most Americans see Trump for what he is and they aren't impressed with a draft dodger telling them what the flag stands for. Liberty and justice for all is more than sloganeering.

Why are you mixing Trump and Bill Clinton in one sentence?

I haven't heard Bill chime in with his opinion of what the flag stands for.

Accurately noting cogent reportage gets some folks verklempt, but my presentation of differing perspectives affords balance and clarity. The five-thirty-eight article provides an historical retrospective, and the avid Trump site expresses their current vehemently pro-Trump assessment.

Not that I’ve seen. They only thing he’s really said is the anthem isn’t the time to do that stuff. He hasn’t threatened to fire anyone over it. That’s actually a fake news story that has been regurgitated for this season.

I watched last night when he came out on the center of the field with his players and they all took a knee, then went back to stand for the anthem. (Arizona did the same thing). That was his message right there. He wants them to stand for the anthem (we all do), but he is not accepting President Trump's ignorant words either.

By the way, good game. It looked pretty bad in the first half but the second half was good. Damn Cowboys.

Trump's fake meme of flag abuse that he spews in his hysterical, divisive tantrumps contrasts markedly with reality,: peaceful genuflection and joining arms that honours the right of free expression for which the flag stands.

That was a weird scene to say the least lol.
It looked rough in the first quarter and beginning of second quarter, but once they missed that field goal, and Zeke had his 30 yard run, I knew we were going to win.

Please go easy on me this year. I've suffered through exceptionally bad Giants seasons in the past, but this one looks like it's going to take the cake.

Naw, you saw about the worst I’d do(the whole y’all needing something to cheer for after the past three weeks). I’m not really a smack talker over football. I will argue facts etc, but there’s no need for smack talk in my world.

Edit: 2 years ago was awful for us but it got us Zeke and Dak so maybe it was worth it?

My Eagles got Carson Wentz and so it's all good. And we finally got some good CB play. Feel bad for your Giants and our miracle kick though. Only a little.
