I think you're being ridiculous. If the U.S. is planning on launching a "nuclear apocalypse" then a lack of convoy escorts won't matter in the least.

It does not matter that you did not read Marx, but the minimal logic must be present to the thinking person. Will explain. If you do not expand, someone else will expand. That will inevitably lead to conflict.
So try to read Marx. But you should know, the study of Marx is just the beginning. Because he described 19th century capitalism. The most important are the works of Vladimir Lenin and Comrade Stalin. They describe humanity in the era of imperialism. Recommend. Lenin "Imperialism as the highest stage of capitalism."

This plan crazy in the White House and the Pentagon. Search for logic in the actions of a madman is meaningless.

What makes you think that the White House but especially the Pentagon is planning to start a "major war"? I guess you don't know that the upper levels of the American military are just about the most anti war people there are in the world.

I don't think anyone knows that Dayton.

Military that doesn't love war = **** military no one wants.

Pro war are the ones we like.

Sun Tzu puts it this way. When a strong military borders a weak military they will seek war.
War as a method to resolve differences becomes a good option.

However when two equal forces meet, war is not a good option for either. It will be avoided.

So militaries want war, but they want wars they expect to win.

You are born and bred and trained to fight. Conditioned to believe you will win.
Do not think for a minute our militaries are pusses. they want to fight.
First to fight. They want that badge of honour.

They want it more than life itself. They crave battle.
    Thirst for adventure.

Our boys love war. They seek it out.

Disagree. That is undoubtedly true in most nations. But not the United States.

    1) The U.S. hasn't really had a war since World War Two that has been historically popular over the long term.
    2) Every post WW2 conflict involving the U.S. has inevitably become unpopular and the soldiers that fought in it treated more like "victims" than heroes.
    3) Every career officer in the military knows that once you are involved in a war there is always a chance you might lose. Think that is unlikely for the U.S. military, remember Vietnam.
    4) American society tends not to "over heroize" its soldiers. Except as victims of course (look at John McCain whose "heroism" was defined not by his successful combat missions but by his years as a POW).
    5) Not wanting to fight in war does not make a person (soldier or otherwise) a "*****".

    WW2 was popular?
    WTF?

Not wanting to fight in a war makes you a totally useless soldier.
    Worse than useless. You detract.

No place for cowardice in the military mate.

My dad didn't want to go fight in the Korean War. They forced him. Drafted. Yet by all accounts and all the documentation I've seen indicates he served exceptionally well.

Yeah, so we prefer to have volunteer forces.

    They make for better soldiers.

In the UK, despite having the draught, those who didn't want to fight were weeded out of combat units.
No one wants that guy behind them in battle.

I'm sure you dad was a great hero.
    My dad was certainly mine.

Libs gutted our budget for the noble horse, Now Geronimo's forces are going to run roughshod over us in our next inevitable conflict with the Apache.
