Let's face it, the American people as a whole have allowed themselves to be dumbed down and made passive. Even many of those who believe they have achieved higher education have allowed themselves to be brainwashed into a socialist mindset.

The masters that control their thinking have been know to say:
"A nation or world of people who will not use their intelligence are no better than animals who do not
have intelligence. Such people are beasts of burden and steaks on the table by choice and consent."

As to your comment above about placing blame, it take TWO PARTIES for abuse to occur over the long term; 1.) The abuser(s) (Healthcare providers of products & services AND the government enablers) and 2.) The American people who voluntarily pay the outrageous premiums and otherwise remain silent.

If a majority of Americans had the courage to pull out of the healthcare system tomorrow and demand an end to the unreasonable & outrageously high fees, the system would have no choice but to respond very quickly with lower costs.

your problem is you think healthcare is a basic commodity like a tv, or microwave. it isn't. You either pay what they are asking, or you don't get the life saving treatment. You have no choice in where you receive care in such a circumstance. You can't shop around for the best price. You get into a car accident, EMS is taking you to the nearest ER where you will be treated. You have no choice in the matter.

Democrat passed it, and people saw what was in it Nancy. It has gone over about as well as a turd in a punch bowl.

You've just gone quite a way to describing a national healthcare system.
