Pretty simple really. President Trump is the commander in chief with the power to enforce laws. He could tell the judge to enforce his ruling......

 

So what? Judges do not run the DOJ.

 

The court can’t make up law. Laws are made in Congress and signed into law by the President. We are not ruled by 9 guys in robes. Can Trump overrule the SC with a presidential order? If Trump breaks a law that is serious enough, he can be impeached by Congress. I don’t think taking what’s his name’s press pass meets that standard.

 

Judges get to decide whether the DOJ's action violates the law or not .The judge has decided there is enough of a case that Acosta's credentials can't be taken away without due process. The DOJ is not above the law, sorry.

 

No one is talking about impeachment over this, so no need to change the subject. The judge also isn't making up any laws.

 

Can Trump ignore the Judgement of a properly constituted Court? That is, conduct himself in complete conflict with that Judgement? POTUS is above the Law in the US? Really?

 

To be fair, President Trump should start a policy of taking questions based upon the last name of the reporter and then only one question each. A's go first, followed by B's etc. However the called on order continues on to the next briefing so that eventually everyone gets a chance to ask a question.

The reporters in general started it. Why do you find it perfectly acceptable for reports to insult and bully the president but verboten for him to defend himself against the BS?

 

Of course if this had been a conservative reporter insulting Obama and the reporter rudely abused a liberal leftwing female intern, then he would have been removed from the room by SS agents, and never allowed to return, because he would have been classified as a security threat.
