In November 2018, investigators say the girl's mother believed she was in a relationship with 20-year-old Carlos Cobo-Perez. The girl stated he kissed her and gave her a "hickey" on her neck.

The following month, Cobo-Perez admitted to being in a relationship with the girl during a telephone interview. He stated he knew her age, knew the relationship was wrong and told the detective he would no longer have contact with her.

According to the police report, on May 17, the girl was taken to Phoenix Children's Hospital. She took a pregnancy test, which returned a positive result. She said Cobo-Perez got her pregnant.

"He called me last Friday crying, telling me he got his girlfriend pregnant and I didn't believe it," said a girl, who did not want to be identified. She said she is a friend of Cobo-Perez and the victim, and said the two dated for several months.

"She really loved him with all her heart, but her parents would not let her see him," said the girl.

Let us say you are an elder in your church and a young couple come to you seeking advice. Thier 11 year old daughter is pregnant and the only person who could have been responsible is a 42 year old respected member of the church community. The child is slightly built and already showing early signs that the pregnancy is not going well.

When it comes to other people, I do not interfere.

As to my church functions, it does not put elders in charge of such advice unless the Bishop anoints you to do that. This is a key function of the Bishop to speak to members and help them resolve issues. The Bishops of course have counselors themselves.

I do not believe either of my daughters got an abortion. I know what they think of abortions.

Well given my daughters do not approve abortion, they are already able to make up their own minds.

And their sons are deeply loved by my daughters. Do you boss around adult daughters?

I did explain one of my stepdaughters who did get pregnant and her boyfriend tossed her into the street. That is no metaphor. I had to pick her up and she was both pissed off and crying her eyes out. She was walking around on the street. So did I tell her to get an abortion or to not get one?

She was past 18 and definitely I did not tell her what to do. I carted her to the abortionist that killed her child. I did not want to compound her problem by nagging her. I paid Planned Plunderhood the fee to get her kid killed.

Later like an idiot, she returned to the snotty kid that kicked her out of his out house but later married her. She later realized what a loser he was, so bailed out on him.

This very month her and her very long time boyfriend got married. So she tried him out for perhaps over 25 years. Such a catch he is, at last she married the guy. She is now 58 and is not in need of my lecturing to her.
