How is it not close to Pizza guy ? - instead of putting up a sign "no gays allowed" he just refused service by refusing to deliver to a gay wedding. Not exactly the same but not off the grid either.

And as for the physical harm done to reach your standard of acceptable government intervention? Is this challenge one step too far for you to respond to like the last time you were challenged?

Not sure what you what me to respond to but, responding to you is like responding to a wall that has a parrot on the other side. I respond to the parrots question - and the response is to repeat the same question over and over again - rather than address the response to that question.

The question: what is the harm done to reach your standard of acceptable government intervention? You haven't before answered this question. You have previously given the harm examples of rape, murder, incest, theft, but you haven't specified what the harm is in the baker or pizza shop owner cases. Remember, you stated your definition of the legitimate authority of Gov't and what the limits are to this authority:

    1) already stated that I did not see the harm in what the Baker did.
    2) we already discussed the harm from Pizza guy = discrimination is harm. Having to walk to the next Pizza shop costs time and money - if this was the only Pizza shop in some town - or all owners were like minded in a slightly larger town - it would cost a lot more time and money.

So didn't the baker's discrimination result in the gay couple having to walk to the next bakery?

    The Baker did not discriminate.

Woman have as many rights as men. The problem with unlimited rights is that intends to infringe on the rights of others. Just because you don't want a child does not give you the right to terminate a life.

So if you take away their right to their own bodies they will have less rights than men.....that isn't fair.....unless you don't think women are worthy enough to have the same rights as men...

No one has unlimited rights. Seems the Anti-Choicers want fetuses to have MORE rights than anyone else.

They want fetuses to have the right to use another's body to sustain their lives... NO one else has that right...

Ya, women have the right to terminate their fetuses...

Your argument is just the opposite of mine except you believe it's just fine to terminate a defenseless life. Talk about men being bullies; can't hold a candle to some of you woman.

It means you interfere in women's lives, but get upset at the thought someone might interfere with yours.

Trump said he would fix healthcare, fast. He said he wouldn't cut taxes for rich folks, then turned around and gave 85% of the tax cut to people making $400,000. He promised to fix the economy.

Real wages are unchanged under Trump.

Trump hasn't changed the trajectory of this...

There are brief periods where things look like they're improving a little--the second terms of Regan, Clinton, and Obama--but they always fall back.

Trump hasn't changed the long-term trend because he hasn't done the big things we have to do to get sustained higher growth ... changing tax laws to get more private (and public) spending on infrastructure, R&D, and business investment, and worker training. As a society, we have to save more and put less into dead assets like residential housing and motor vehicles. I could go on. There's a long list of things we must do to get faster growth. All Trump has done is get a little extra growth at the end of a business cycle with a Keynesian tax cut that's driven the federal deficit from $500b to $1t.

Federal tax revenue dropped while spending on entitlements and defense kept right on growing.

The real GDP is growing about as fast as it did in 2014-2015.

He made a new trade deal with Canada and Mexico that changes very little. It may not even be ratified.

He appointed a few judges. BFD
