WHAT IN HELL WERE HER PARENTS DOING ... that she a) wanted to do any of this in the first place, b) cared so little about their opinion of her that she'd wilfully do something like this? and c) cared so little of herself that she'd do something like this?

 

14 is too young. Period. She could not emotionally, mentally, or legally consent.

 

So she loved what she got at home so much, she then had to ensure to spread the pleasure? Is that your point?

 

The Judge is basing decisions based on the law. Any who accuse the judge of substituting personal belief in place of the law should be invited to court to explain that thinking.

Democrats are locally seeking to remove a Judge over his sentence of a Stanford Student who was found guilty of rape of a student. The Judge based his decision on the law. The student served the sentence.

We are not talking a Stanford student.

We are talking about a 17 year old who had sex with a 14 year old.

No can do. This is good law. Why do you oppose it,Robert?

 

There are, including in the state that this happened. In Indiana, 14 and 15 year olds, despite being under the age of consent (16), are allowed to have sex with partners under 18. Plus, an allowable defense if there is less than 4 years separating the ages, and they are in a relationship.

19 year olds are not allowed to troll the internet so they can screw 14 year olds. Too bad for him.

(basically the 16 year old teen ended up killing himself immediately after being told by his school he could have to register as a sex offender, all because he made a sound recording of himself having sex with a girl, and multiple other female students at the school having sent the boy nude pictures of themselves)

 

No they end up with such low self esteem that they will seek love elsewhere

Just what do you find so objectionable about that? Over in the Abortion subsection of this forum you made it sound like it's no big deal for a woman to go around having sex.
