The Democrat Senators already tried to push the envelope on the Mueller side. But there have actually been Ukrainian court proceedings that have found evidence that Clinton was involved in 2016 election misconduct. The 5 year statute of limitations has not run out... So old is not old enough.
If she did something criminal, worthy of jail time, then lock her up. Seeing that she is/was a private citizen we should be much more focused on the pOTUS however.
