My cousin works for the county sheriff as an investigator and also works for the BATFE. He was telling me about a murder investigation. Apparently a drug dealer was suspected of killing another drug dealer. He was joking and said something like "The guy did the city a favor. I hate to spend a lot of time on this, but you gotta go through the motions." (He was joking. Don't get upset.)
