I just responded to the most recent one. You guys take your shenanigans to the main site. I also feel partial responding to you because you're a giants fan :)

    Oh, OK.
Those who hate the Giants commit blasphemy and deserve to be exiled to some far off land or island.

Meantime, I'm still celebrating the Jints victory, the higher TV ratings for the NFL, and Kaep's & Nike's new found wealth.

    :)

Vikes game plan was obvious from the opening whistle. Buff coaching staff had it well snuffed out for the easy win.

The bills were very precise in their execution. Wasn't a crazy performance, just very precise.

Well we all knew it would happen. Ryan Fitzpatrick looked like garbage last night.

He's the same every season. Has a couple good games, everyone loves him, then he forgets what "triple coverage" is.

    The Beard!

    411 yards, 3 TD, 3 Int

Gotta admit though that he did engineer a comeback that made the second half very exciting.

Play of the Game was the stiff arm given by Pitt TE Vance McDonald against Chris Conte:

By the way, have you noticed that the Beard looks a lot like Conor McGregor:

People have actually mistaken him for McGregor!

LOL yea Fitz is trolling. He did the McGregor beard on purpose. The two Irishman have something in common...the love of winning.

Except Fitz has trouble finishing a season. We'll see though...do you think he's a starter over JW?

    You're not kidding.

These calls are disrupting the game and have no place in football. League should do something about it, pronto.

There's so much outrage on ESPN right now I have a feeling Nazi Goodell will put out some sort of statement. These games are getting longer and longer.

    Flags happen every play.

Can't have a kickoff or punt without a "block in the back".

    LET THEM PLAY!!!!!

Winston's off field issues played a role at to why he is not starting. To me, that is not the proper standard to be used in determining the starting QB position.

Let the field action be the exclusive determinant in that regard. Most likely he'll be given the nod.

I really like Fitz this year- but he has a LONG pattern of showing us the good stuff and then crapping the bed when it matters.

    Still.

First ever with 3 straight 400 yd passing games.

And, almost had a chance to win it at the end.

    Poor Jameis. Lost his job.

    Long time, no speak, friend!

Fitz has been doing well, no doubt. But do you think he's actually the solution given his record?

Time for my long overdue comeback.

I hope life has been treating you well, my friend.:handshake:

Hopefully we can get the NFL Thread going good for the 2018 season.

    As far as Fitz?

The game was a tale of 2 halves.

Fitz had 2 int all year, before throwing 3 in a span of a few plays in the first half.

Then he ended up with over 400 yds and almost pulled it out.

Fitz has a history of these flashes of greatness, but an overall losing record as an NFL starter.

He has a hot hand and is a gunslinger, and he seems to have the support of the other players (to stay as starter).

That said, the next time Fitz craps the bed majorly Jameis is coming back in.

This is an NFL thread you goofball!

Fitz has been playing out of his mind- no question about it. BUT he has a pattern. Luckily for him, he has McCoy on Defense that can rattle the opposing teams.

He's not elite in any way historically, but he's trying to make a case for a starting QB.

    Respect to him

Gotta agree that the starter should be his to lose.

    We're here!

Monday cable ratings: ‘Monday Night Football’ stays firmly on top, ‘WWE Raw’ falls

    https://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/daily-ratings/monday-cable-ratings-sept-24-2018/

Last night’s Steelers vs. Buccaneers game easily kept “Monday Night Football” at the top of the cable ratings this week. ESPN’s broadcast of the game won the top spot of the night with a 4.4 rating in the adults 18-49 demo – up another four-tenths from last week’s “MNF” game – and 12.01 million viewers. It scored more than five times better than any of the night’s other broadcasts, including even ESPN’s “Monday Night Kickoff” special, which landed second in the night with a 1.6, and a late-night edition of “SportsCenter” (1.5).

MNF should go back on network TV as the majority of Americans still don't have cable. Then the ratings will really go up. This in contrast to the claims made by right wingers last year who said the NFL would die due to boycott actions by unpatriotic elements who hate Kaepernick.
