2020 candidates O'rourke, Warren and Harris have come out and called the Michael Brown shooting "MURDER" despite an investigation by the Ferguson Police Department, the FBI and a Grand Jury hearing! By definition this is a CONSPIRACY THEORY! Brown robbed a store was on pot was walking down the middle of the street.
Cop told him to get out of the street. Brown attacked the cop through the drivers window and tried to get his gun. Brown got hurt and left blood on the car and on the gun brown started walking away.
Cop gets out of the car to make an arrest.
Brown turns around for more confrontation.
Brown refuses compliance snd charges cop cop shoots him through the top of the head.

Some witnesses lie some change their stories. Multiple independent investigations.
All corroborate cops story.
BLM lies about hands up don't shoot and causes riots.
Democratic candidates lie still more and cause more racial division.

The shot that killed Michael Brown was in the top of his head. This corroborates Wilson's story that brown had put his head down and was charging him. The blood on the ground also backs up this story.

The shot was full on self defense.

I object to all crimes and most misdemeaners. Brown should have gone to prison for about 5 years for the crimes we're pretty sure he committed that day.
I'm not sure about that last line. I happened to find that post on my Facebook timeline posted 4 years ago today. Not long after that 3 cops in a row were convicted.
Then I posted,
"Three straight naturals doesn't prove the dice were loaded."
I'm quite sure Wilson decided to kill him. He probably joined the force hoping to kill someone. He probably has wanted to kill since early childhood and picked a profession where he can do so with impunity.
I think the testimonies posted above (which I never saw before) would result in a civilian being convicted of second degree murder.
By the reasoning I see above, most of the holocaust was self defense.

Sorry it was thoroughly investigated by multiple independent bodies all concluded the same thing.

Michael Brown regardless of what hos community thought of him was in fact a pot smoking thug and criminal who died because he assaulted a police officer.

 

The grand jury and Civil Rights division of the Department of Justice along with everyone else who has viewed the evidence says otherwise. Brown who had already attempted to take officer Wilson's weapon had turned and was coming back to attack him at full rush. That will get you shot.

Refute it with the facts and the evidence.

People are allowed to shoot to kill. Basically speaking, if you shoot at anybody you are, legally speaking, shooting to kill. A gun is a deadly weapon. Using it is using deadly force. That said, there are times when using deadly force is not murder. The Obama DOJ ruled that this case was not murder and that the officer was justified.
