And it was utterly bipartisan having been initiated under Clinton and wound up under Bush who ponied up US tax payer funding to wrap up the deal, and the reactors were sold from a company Rumsfeld had once sat on the board of directors of. But then we found out NK was sitting on $6-10T worth of mineral reserves that our “capitalists” would like to preside over. This is the basis for our wars now, capitalism must be in constant growth, and the power structure squeezes the rest of the planet just as it squeezes us at home.

Why should what 119 countries do mean anything to the United States? I would wager that the bulk of those 119 countries never used or possessed cluster bombs in the first place so their "banning" them meant absolutely nothing.

Exactly attacking North Korea pre-emptively would be basically instigating WWIII. The only way is to form some sort of deal with China and get NATO to agree that it's the right thing to do, which won't happen. So you have to wait for North Korea to instigate something which I doubt would happen either.

 

Sounds like you agree with my assertion: that many people who do not like Trump think that is ample reason and criteria to invoke the 25th amendment.
