I solved Fermat's Prime theorem in the womb, and had 4 of the attending nurses at the viewing room in an orgy when my father showed up the first time. I remember the "that's my boy" to this day. Seriously, I had an eight year old niece who handed in a 15 page report on Soren Kierkkegard's "Fear and Trembling" when she was asked to do a report on the book she'd most liked reading over the summer. I've come to wonder if all little girls aren't prodigies, but most of them don't let us know, and then they "grow out of it" when they discover boys.
