Try again. 1776 commission was a joke - no historian took them seriously. 7,600 of the jobs were for part time positions lasting less than 6 months, and once completed, there would be less than 50 permanent jobs to operate the pipeline. The pipeline would also cut opportunity for oil trucking companies. So some gained jobs, some lost jobs at the end of the day.
