I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind wish and the beautiful picture book!
Why would I do that, silly old RUS? I would love to visit Russia and talk with the older folks about how they survived the war. Also, I would like to travel to Siberia and visit the camps where the German POWs worked and died, place some flowers on their graves, IF there are any left.

Oh yes, and I would like to meet you and see what kind of Russian fellow you are!!

As I understand that you think that Hitler had abandoned his plan - to win Lebensraum for Germans in Russia.
Could you explain the reason why Hitler had abandoned his plan?

    PS
The Mein Kampf is 51 Thing That People Should Know About Adolf Hitler and National SocialismIt - has become the most discussed.

The original poster repeatedly speaks of ‘England’ rather than ‘The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland’.
So a poster eager to somehow demonstrate ‘facts’ can’t get a basic fundamental fact right. Such ignorance negates all their other points because they are unable to describe reality.

Let's assume all of that information is correct....

Then it sounds like he was a swell leader, all except for that whole Holocaust thing he had going on.

So the next time someone says America instead of the United States of America we should discount everything said?

    I have no idea.
However so many Americans are plain ignorant about other places. Especially assuming decisions taken by three different countries and a colony are made by ‘England’.
See also the self deception when Americans say they saved ‘England’ in the Second World War when it was Germany that declared war on America.
The Second World War struggle was an allied effort, not Americans doing others some kind of favour.

It would be funny to see you write that in German next time.

I assume you are implying that people on the British Isles would all be speaking German if it wasn’t for America fighting Germany after Germany declared war on America.
I don’t agree with you, but if Americans need a sense of personal aggrandisement more than dealing with facts, then let them feel it bless ‘em. There must be a lot of ignorant Americans who like to make things up in order to feel good about themselves. Ironic as there really is no need. America has made a contribution to the world, but so have other places just as much.

Yes, the founding fathers used the ‘no taxation without representation’ as propaganda in order to get more humble citizens to fight and die for them so they could sustain their slave owning economy.
See the James Somerset legal case of 1772 in order to be better informed.
How many slaves did George Washington ‘own’?

It is interesting to see how some People here assume Mein Kampf was written only in German language before WW2.

If you believe this “50 good things about Hitler,” we could start a list for Stalin. There was little difference between them except for the fact that Stalin joined the Allies during World War II to save his skin. Otherwise Hitler and Stalin were cut from the same cloth.

Well i would say Stalin was correct that if Hitler would stay in alliance with him they could not be stopped. The axis could be defeated in WW2 only with the help of USSR.

The same applies to cold war. West was able to won it only because it took allies like Franco, Pinochet, Salazar, Caetano, Diem, Vorster, Saudi Kings etc. which in fact did not represent the values of democracy, but were useful at that time to block the spread of communism.

The lesson is that you should not be to much delicate with taking allies when you face a super power enemy othervise you Will make the same mistake as Hitler did when he overestimated German power.

The West did a good Job in general but with many mistakes specially in Roosevelt time and First Truman term (loss of China etc. )
