59 divisions in Philly with no votes for Romney a statistical possibility?

But how would you explain the statistical anomaly? Or having similar credentials to Biden, who graduated 76th out of 85 you do not understand the argument?

With all those jailed January 6 protesters and FBI raid of a house of a former president?

Got it, you'll stick to the Russian talking points

Show me the statistical anomaly of McCain AND Romney also getting 100% of the votes in precincts? Come on Cupcake

Are there any places where a Republican got 100% of the vote?

I am merely applying to the US elections the methods used by Washington Post and Market Financial for Russian elections:

It is very small. The precise answer depends on the Republican voting rate for the group in those precincts. However there were 10 times less of those precincts and they were much smaller. So if the anomaly signals fraud, there was at least 20 times less fraud for the Republicans.

Come closer and repeat what you said.

Do you have any scientific objections to my mathematical argument?

With thousand peaceful protesters jailed and true information suppressed as "fake news?"

Now Biden's Gestapo had jailed investigative journalists that exposed electoral fraud.

    Breitbart?

"Crews is alleged to have forged 'thousands of signatures' to qualify his clients to have their names included on the ballot for some local 2019 Democrat primary races."

If convicted, Mr Crews should be required to compensate the Democrats who were harmed.

"What a stupid and lazy crime to commit. Gathering signatures that qualify you (or your client) to appear on a ballot is not that difficult."

    I agree.
