There were over a hundred people in Dealey plaza that day.

It stands to reason that some would not want to come forward to be identified for any number of reasons.

Hence the not so mysterious mystery

    Those are not facts.

They are baseless speculation without a shred of evidence. Oswald simply had no connection to the CIA, low level or otherwise.

Congress did not admit to any such things.

The claim of a telephone operator writing details down has been debunked. No such notes with details exist. he called a lawyer not a CIA handler.

None of his fliers ever had Bannisters address. That claim is long since proven false, Some of them had an stamp for the same building but DIFFERENT address. Which means nothing as it was a large building with many offices and addresses.

He was no CIA asset of any kind.

That much is true. Many mistakes were made and they were gas on the smoldering conspiracy theory fire.

In the end despite those momumental foul ups there is no evidence of conspiracy theories.

Most people don't believe the Warren Commission, it's complete nonsense.

Even the House Committee on Assassinations said there was more than one shooter - then promptly shut down any further inquiry.

It's the nature of the beast - a lot of folks are just predisposed to believe anything an authority figure tells them. Other folks want proof.

My opinion of JFK has changed a great deal over the decades, as I've steadily questioned what was going on behind the scenes.

I initially viewed him as just another Establishment frontman, and perhaps he tried to be that initially; but, I'm convinced that he eventually turned on them.

As I said in a previous post, pulling back on Vietnam and firing Allan Dulles (one nasty piece of work) were serious offenses against the Establishment order.

Investigation and common sense vs. "magic bullets".

Earl Warren was nothing more than a corrupt politician, and was just a face for the cover-up.

Allan Dulles was who ran the show. The fact that Kennedy had fired him, and everyone knew he hated Kennedy never raised an eyebrow??

Dulles was the mastermind behind using Operation Gladio as a front for false flag attacks in Europe. Killing innocent civilians to agitate for Cold War objectives was just the cost of doing business for Dulles. The man was a complete psychopath.

Most people do not believe it because they never read it and only know what they have been told by conspiracy theorists trying to make a buck.

This includes you. You never read it and have no idea what is contained in the report. For example there are no magic bulllets anywhere to be found in the report. The magic bullet theory was invented by conspiracy theorists most notably Jim Garrison, who claims to have coined the term. The magic bullet theory is not about a bullet it is about a statement within the Warren Commission report. The only problem is that no such statement exists within the report. Which proves the magic bullet theory wrong. They never described a bullet behaving magically such as zig zagging turining and pausing in mid air. Those who have read the report know this. But few have.

You have no credibility claiming it is nonsense when you have never read it and you have no clue whatsoever what is written within the report but only what you have heard second hand.

The House Select committee concluded a PROBABILITY of more than one shooter. They NEVER shut down further inquiries. Their conclusion was based on one and ONLY one piece of evidence which was later disproven by the very technicians who produced that evidence in the first place. The evidence was a recording from the shoulder mic of a motorcycle cop who had his push to talk button stuck in the transmit position The technicians who discovered this later determined that the recording was much later when the motorcade was at the hospital. Not during the assasination itself. This disproved the concusion of the House committee.

JFK did not pull back from Vietnam he said that he would but then reversed himself. The establishment is a massively subjective term which cannot be defined. In fact the Kennedy's to include JFK were far more powerful and entrenched in any establishment than Dulles.

    You are simply wrong

    Dulles ran nothing.

    He was subordinate to Warren.

Dulles and Kennedy had differences of opinion but were not enemies. Dulels was not the monster you claimed

    There was no cover up

    True.

They have a very vague idea because the conspiracy theorists attack it so much but the details are unknown to most Americans despite it being public record

It was in fact the most comprehensive and thorough investigation in US history. They investigated every possible lead to include any accomplice or conspiracy but there was and still is not any evidence of anyone except Oswald shooting Kennedy. On the other hand ALL of the conspiracy theories have been disproven they simply could not have happened.

The investigation was so huge and the evidence so massive that of course one can find errors but those errors are minor and to not alter the conclusion.

One real easy test to see if someone has read the report is when they mmention the report and magic bullets. People are convinced that the report describes bullets sig sagging pausing and reversing course in mid air. But the report mentiuons no such thing in any way.

When one mentions the magic bullet and the report they are only repeating hearsay without bothering to do proper research and fact check the claim

~ Posner covers the " magic bullet " in his book — so did Bugliosi . Sounds like a strange tale .
I could never find an accounting for the 3rd "head shot" bullet. Some speculate when it fragmented a large section ended up somewhere in the dirt on the grassy knoll ?
Apparently the 1st bullet was never recovered — only the section of curbing where it hit .

There were fragments of the second buller on the dash, in JFK's head. A fragment also caused the hole in the windshield

You can read multiple interpretations of history to draw your own conclusions. The statement that “everything is suspect” is the lead in to wild speculations and bogus conclusions which lead to the foolishness the Democrats practice with their condemnations of all the founding fathers, the rejection of the American system and the embracement of socialism. If everything in the history is wrong, then the glowing endorsements of socialism, the 1619 Project and Critical Race Theory must also be questioned.

Don’t get me started on John Lennon. I’ve read the person who killed him was pissed off over the song “Imagine.” So was I. To have a guy, who was worth $60+ million, telling me that I’m a jerk for not embracing communism was the height of hypocrisy. Fortunately I had the brains to ignore him. He was a talented song writer and musician, but he didn’t know much about history and economics.

This may come as a shock to you, but the United States Government lies - all the time. And when they get caught in lies they pivot, massage, redirect, adios evidence, "find" new evidence, attack anyone who dares to expose the lies, etc.

The government is a machine of lies - it's Orwellian. It is the nature of government. It is human nature.

The United States is not collapsing because it is pure and righteous, it is collapsing because it is wholly corrupt and rotten to the core - which is, of course, the nature of government itself.

This might burst your bubble but the government does not lie all the time and that is an absolute fact. No one can lie all the time. You have actually used the government to try to prove your case although you misquoted the conclusion of the House select committee on assassination. So when are they lying?

Try and think about this intelligently. If I tell you I lie all the time, and then I tell you " I am lying " I have just created a contradiction which you cannot resolve.

If the government lies all the time then you must conclude that no one in prison is guilty they are all innocent.

Do you believe that? That is a serious question. Are there any guilty men in prison or not?

People in the government lie sometimes that is true. On the other hand so do other people such as con artists trying to publish books or produce films about the government

Your general claim of someone lying proves nothing and is not evidence of anything specific

    It is a straw man.

Did you/do you believe the Russian collusion hoax??

The FBI lied, and is still lying. Criminals in Congress have been carrying on with the lies for years. The media too.

The government and media spinning tales is a given - whether they ever tell the truth about something depends solely on the subject and the parties involved.

Believe anything the government and media tells you at your own peril.

Ok, Lee Harvey Oswald killed JFK. No ifs, no buts, no arguments. I know people have a hard time accepting a great man like Kennedy could be killed by a nobody but that's the real world.

Stalin may have been a psychopath, but he was a brilliant operator.

Certainly everyone in the Western Establishment respected his opinion.

As for FDR, I always considered him a loyal yes-man for the Establishment; but have read some accounts that paint him as being difficult to control, having his own mind. Perhaps even balking at their plans to drop nukes on Japan.

If that is the case, it would make sense that they'd knock him off.

I wouldn't try to make that case though, just saying Stalin was in the know, and I have respect for his opinion.

It is not a straw man

You do not grasp what straw man is and now you are tapdancing away and dodging.

You claim the government lies all the time I demonstrated that it does not.

If you stand by your assertion you should have no problem answering.

Are there any guilty men in prison? Stop evading stop trying to mislabel the question as a straw man and answer

I was a Sophomore in High School, at school during lunch when we got the word JFK had been shot. About an hour later, word came that he was dead. Everyone was stunned, things like this never happen in the United States.
