    Basically stop and frisk + Gun control was what dropped homicides to its lowest ever at 3.3 per 100K in the city.

    open concealed carry should be the law in all States, no permission required

    This ruling isn't about requiring a permit. It's about requiring a "specified need" to obtain a permit. At present there are only 9 states that are "May Issue" and all of those are decidedly Democrat. In effect, this ruling will only have an impact in CA, CT, MA, MD, NY, NJ, HI, DE and RI. That being said, it may head off any attempt in other states that "flip", though the trend has been for states to become more permissive rather than less.

    Stop and frisk is wildly unconstitutional and an affront to our system of ordered liberty.
    May issue [read if you're white, rich and connected] schemes are, likewise, blatantly unconstitutional and an affront to our system of ordered liberty.

    Should be, I want to retire in a RV and camp across the country, I should not have to worry about laws differing from State to State

    Democrat aligned supporters cause most of the homicides in the USA. Republican states don't commit murders. inner city thugs do and they vote Democrat 90% of the time.

    Well it was justified because it worked. Bloomberg took Homicide from between 26-31 per 100K to 3.3 per 100K.

    May issue allows the government to know the intention. So no "Law abiding citizen" can just pick up a gun and go shoot a school or mall with it.

    The only increase in carnage will be in the form of more dead criminals. Besides, NYC has some of the most restrictive gun laws in the country and the murder rate is skyrocketing. Giving citizens their right to self defense back to them, after being circumvented, won't cause the murder rate to go up.

    1) you cannot prove any of those provisions had a causative effect
    2) even if you could, ends do not justify means.
    3) still unconstitutional

    May issue allows a person to use racial animus or other personal bias to deny someone their rights. Historically this has been and until today continued to be used to prevent disadvantaged minorities from exercising their rights, relegating the right to a paid for privilege if you were connected.
    This is the exact opposite of what a right is, and what's more qualifies as endemic corruption that should be rooted out and the perpetrators executed.

    Sounds like partisan election cycle nonsense, but if you can prove it's true the solution would be to issue pistols to all "people of color" to carry concealed whenever they feel at risk.

    A dead "white nationalist" is a good "white nationalist".
