You have got to be kidding me!. It's just a figure of speech. Nobody "owns" it in a literal sense. The U.N. would come the closest. But, regardless, that doesn't change the point one bit. Asking to clarify such trivial matter is borderline "trolling"

 

Do you consider the word "officially" to be appropriate in non-literal talk? Wouldn't it have been more appropriate to say, "it pretty much belongs to the UN" or words to that effect? You made it sound pretty OFFICIAL by using the word "officially." To say that I am "borderline trolling" is borderline trolling.

 

What would have been more appropriate was to stay away from debates on semantics and stick to the point.
