How did one do it? That's why the left was deadly afraid of Clarence Thomas and kavanaugh any 6th grader knows Supreme court rulings from yesterday can be thrown out. It's not absolute law
pointed out those cases were not on the same merits as the previous case. Nobody h as standing to challenge a specific ruling on the same merits. All lower courts are bound by the scotus precedent. anyone who thought kavanaugh could overturn Roe is just as wrong as you are.
Oh really? I am right, sorry https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.wa...s-motivated-by-roe-v-wade-all-along?_amp=true The shameful campaign against Kavanaugh was motivated by Roe v. Wade all along by Kimberly Ross | September 06, 2019 12:00 PM Last year, the drama surrounding President Trump's second Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, dominated the month of September. Democrats, already frustrated by the successful confirmation of Justice Neil Gorsuch, were determined to derail Kavanaugh's nomination — at all costs. Once the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings commenced, following various attempts to delay, Democrats treated Kavanaugh with utter disdain. Though the process was arduous, the nominee held his own and was on his way to confirmation. But then, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford's letter to California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein, wherein she alleged that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her in high school, was made public.

I am right, you are wrong. Any Supreme court ruling from yesterday can be thrown out today civics 101
LOL! Seriously, most humans are social creatures, and living in cities comes with that. So do most jobs. The rural areas can't sustain a means of making a living for more than 15% of Americans.
Perhaps I can rephrase question. Here is your statement....... In reference to the part that's underlined, you seem to think it's important for "for the young ones". I'm asking how you came to that conclusion and by what criteria do you validate it's importance? Is it simply your own idea and opinion? And if so...what makes it so "important"?
I lived in NYC for ten years. There are always shops in the process of changing hands. Your photo would have some meaning if it showed several empty shops on the same block, but instead is shows what looks like an active, thriving business next door. Small retail businesses always come and go. This has nothing to do with politics.
the supreme court is the final arbiter for any case brought under the constitution. Their ruling is absolute binding precedent for all lower courts. Nobody has standing to challenge a scotus ruling. The only way to overturn it, is with an amendment.
You've just proven my point. Nearly 3 million California voters were disenfranchised in the 2016 election.
Once again your wrong , sorry I have proved it multiple times, Supreme court of yesterday can be thrown out by today's Supreme court today that's why Democrats tried to smear Clarence Thomas and Kavanaugh they can overturn Roe vs Wade.
well, I've shown you are completely wrong. While you are pounding your fists on your keyboard in frustration, texas remains a state because states can't secede.
