You'd think after Trayvon, Brown, Smollet, and a whole litany of lesser known Hoax Crimes, people would be a bit less likely to have break neck reactions.

 

First i would call 911, hand the phone to my wife and tell her to stay on the line.
Then i would get my ar 15 and cover the guy silently without his knowledge.
I would retreat to a secure location in the house and wait to ambush him if he came into the house.
If he entered the room i was in he'd die before he ever knew anyone was home.
100% of his death would be his own fault.
I'd bear no responsibility whatsoever.

as far as race, who cares in this case, wrong is wrong, hate crime should be the least of the charges in this case, this was murder imo

 

nah, that is a get out of jail free card, life in prison is a much worse punishment as it gives one plenty of time to reflect on ones actions
