    She does and in many ways I applaud her stance against the whole “first lady must be a fashion horse” thing but it will make this thread boring lols!

    Yeah it is amazing what some on the right do not understand. I mean PHDs have been a thing since the Middle Ages but apparently they have come as a bit of a shock to some

    No, they actually haven’t. First Ladies aren’t expected to accomplish much. They cut a few ribbons, giave a few lame speeches, and play act at some charity or other.

    Ok I will admit that is not an outfit I would wear since it looks like the dressmaker ran out of fabric but on the other hand it was probably given to her by a designer - I know Jill like Michelle is trying to promote American fashion designers unlike her predecessor who went in for ultra expensive outfits that looked like she had spilt the glue bottle before sneezing in a flower shop
