Been to Ashland a few times and it's a really nice town, unfortunately it's not immune to violence apparently. Blacks kill white people a rate DOUBLE! compared to Whites killing Blacks who compromise 12% of the Population, but apparently it's only Black Lives killed that are news worthy ( HOW RACIST! ) Call to police came at 4am, so apparently this Black guy thought it was socially acceptable to be blaring his Music and waking up guests and it really pissed off one of them. Both people were wrong, but both were equally responsible for escalating a situation that ended in the Death of one of them.

Big deal, the sort of senseless murder which happens all the time. People kill one another over nothing, whether the Angel or star goes on top of the tree.

Is posturing a reason for murder if that is the reason Mr. loud Music was killed about.

I can agree that people who want to just go and murder someone who is not a fan of the Trumpocity could and maybe does use wearing a ChiCom made MAGA hat to provide a fraudulent self defense confrontation. So those who accuse others of fraud very loudly are most likely guilty of fraud themselves.

No sympathy at all for the shooter, wasn't his hotel and not his responsibility to police the lot. Besides, this could have easily went the other way if the kid had a gun too. Minding your own business is a policy worth following.

Frame of white supremacy." Got to love it the racists. For the record. Not every bad thing that happens to blacks by whites is because of racism or “white supremacy” Also, it doesn’t really say what happened, But, I would imagine along the line of turn the music down, Fuc* you, now fuc* you ect, ect bam the kid is dead. Which bring some up to a life lesson, sometimes not being a dick, is a good thing and you usually go further in life. This guy is going to go to jail. And rightful so. I don’t really know what else to say on that, he is going to be found guilty and go to prison for 25-life.

Non story and this life doesn’t matter. Just another black killed by another black to toss on the growing pile of deaths the MSM and Democrats couldn’t give a rip about. BLM certainly doesn’t give a crap.

Your attitude is no different to thos who celebrate the beheadings of western journalists in syria. So iguess that makes you a terrorist supporter. Lets hope the FBI has close taps on you for all our sakes.

A "hero for the right" in your mind only.

As far as high gun density goes -- I live in a state with Constitutional carry allowing anyone to carry a handgun concealed or unconcealed. Violence as described in the OP does not seem to happen where I live. So I would say there are likely other things involved than gun density.

Unwanted loud noise can cause all sorts of problems. First of all, it raises a person's blood pressure. Then it's an irritant, the US military played loud music to drive Noriega out of the embassy he was hiding in. It can cause fight or flight syndrome which creates road rage and other hostilities. And example of how loud music can impact a person is people will drive faster and less safely while blasting loud pumping music and drive slower and more carefully if listening to calm classical music. We have inconsiderate idiots here who blast their music much to the annoyance of every single person they drive past. If you ever notice, people who play loud music in their cars almost always have a window open to release the pressure caused by the moving air created by the speakers. That pressure makes a person physically uncomfortable and leads to nausea. Try it yourself, turn up the music in your car and you'll almost immediately open the windows.

Maybe a handheld EMP (ElectronMagnetic Pulse) device could be developed to fry the electronics of those noise machines. At least that should not render the jerk dead.

Speaking of dangerous driving, we were leaving the store last night about 11pm. A couple very attractive girls brought a case of beer. We pulled out first and saw them in our mirrors turn the wrong way down a 2 lane one way. We went the two blocks ahead and got on the other side of the hwy (the proper west bound side) and tried to catch up, they drove over a mile and crossed a bridge, it's a miracle 2 cars were not coming over the bridge, they finally made it where the HWY merges together. Wonder if they ever figured out how close to death they were?

I'm into high end stereo systems and I play music at the level it would be at if I heard it live, so a man singing would sound like a man singing and not something that would vibrate my windows. Good hobby.

Let me put it this way. If I break in your house and we shoot it out and I kill you, I can't claim self-defense. Because 1), my actions were illegal, and 2) I created the situation by being in your house is what lead do that. Taking Zimmerman and TM, his self defense clam was in skecte ground beaus his actions by following TM,(although not illegal) is directly tied to flight. Had zimerman backed off and and TM attacked him, 100% self defense. In a case like that, I don't even think the ground jury would be seated. But that what if.
Now is thing the law and self defense isn't always black and white like what people think its. Its a muted gray. What one will say as SD, another will see as murder, Ritehnhous is a good example. There is video evidence footting around of one of the guys about to attack him with a skateboard. And kyle lays him out. So its here and there.

the would have been a better outcome for sure, the man had every right to be upset, loud music at 4am is wrong.... that said, killing the teen was not the answer

you are essentially condoning vigilante killings such as beheadings of "western informants" in syria. you need to be monitored.

yep, see this with vans and RV's now too, when going to a camp site, I do not want to hear others music - that said, I would never confront them over it or kill them for it
