That alone, holding a grudge for 40 yrs, should be enough to disqualify any judge.
Judges are to be impartial in rulings.

I don't think people understand how we go about establishing innocence or guilt in this country, so I'll start:
First off, it's important for us to be able to gather any physical evidence of a crime scene. A person's verbiage is absolutely meaningless.
And on that note, numerous 'allegations' is not strong circumstantial evidence. It wouldn't be in a court of law. The next step would have been to compare the physical evidence(if any) of the cases, to see in fact if they were committed by the same person.

The most damning thing of course is not a single one of them went forward to a police department to begin the process of actual investigation(not the FBI, a police department)

Not even Avenatti and his 100% "legit" accuser. No, we'll wait 48 hours(and I venture, another 48, and then another 48. Until maybe finally someone is tired of this charade.)

Oh, I do blame Chairman Grassley indeed. If I were chairman, I wouldn't have tolerated it. Because what this *is*, is putting our system of law over its head. I would have scheduled the vote immediately, told Ford she could come or not, but the meeting will proceed with or without her and get Kavanaugh to the floor of the Senate.

Because even without the baseless accusations, dems were going to vote no anyway. And I'd tell Collins and Lisa that if they don't vote along the party, we'll be sure to have them primaried in 2020. Nothing stings like losing a job.

Why is it that liberals think that they have to pretend that they grew up in a Christian household?? It is even done in political ads, some one will come and begin, "I grew up Christian....." And then go on to promote some liberal and liberal ideas.

Because she doesn't have any proof of what she is saying is true.
She's the accuser -- onus is on her to provide a reason to take her seriously.
So far, the only people who believe her are those who benefit politically from doing so.

Professional investigators can dig quite a bit from "foggy memories". Don't change channels. The interesting part is only starting.

If he does get the job, I am guessing his hatred for democrats is going to hurt them for many many years. Personally, I can't think of a more deserving group of people.
