People usually lose me when they start discussing democrats as progressives. They are liberals moreso than progressives.
Take with a grain of salt whatever D'Souza says. I listened to the first few minutes when he described his unjust sentence and his imprisonment along the border with hardened criminals. He compared his sentence to Chatwal's as an example of Obama retribution. Maybe, maybe, Chatwal was fined $500,000 plus community service and D'Souza got a $30,000 fine plus 8 mo. imprisonment in a "community confinement center" in a "border town" called San Diego. While there he worked on his next book, raised money for his next film and taught English to 100 Mexicans. He went on from there with what I have heard before in his Obama and Hillary "documentaries". They are both full of conspiracy theory, exaggerations, misinformation and false history.
