Since I got kicked out of the previous thread, here we go. Some folks who failed to read the thread have asked why people aren’t in jail if it is a homicide. Once again ( I have explained this over a dozen times) homicide is the killing of one human being by another. The definition says nothing about legality. So when the SCOTUS deemed it legal it became a legal homicide. For the love of God, please read it this time!

The courts have determined that eliminating a fetus isn’t homicide, it’s not a person yet.

No they haven’t, who told you that bullshit? A homicide is the killing of one human being by another, you know like an abortion does!

What happens when someone files charges? The court won't even take the charge. If they aren't taking the charge it certainly isn't homicide. It's just fetus deletus.

I wouldn't bother with this, it's not only a duplicate thread but the poster just states over and over and over and over again for no reason, "abortion is homicide'

Why he thinks that means anything is a real mystery...

That’s sound advice. I can see why people stopped replying since we don’t seem to get a response that’s not found on a bumper sticker.

Not if one can read it isn’t.

The UVVA , a federal law enacted in 2004, recognizes the human rights of a “child in utero at any stage of development “.

So let’s use some logic for a change when discussing abortion.

If a child in utero at ANY stage of development has human rights under federal law, that child Is a human being.

Therefore, killing such a child is a homicide since the dictionary definition of a homicide is the killing of one human being by another. An abortion is just that, one human being killing another.

Now, what questions do you have?

    Insults all you’ve got? Figures
Homicide is not solely a legal term. Jeeez this gets old. All homicides are not illegal.

Where did I say it's all about me? I didn't so you're still imagining things...like how your "point" has relevance in the real world :)

The day God makes every uterus perfect, every fertilized egg implant properly, never have a miscarriage or a complication ... that is day I’ll worry about the morality of abortion.

Good for you, so murdering a man with a severe heart condition should be legal then? Or anybody for that matter. “Some people will die of diseases so I’m not worried about anyone getting murdered” same logic.

Well it is a first step to ending folks pretending like abortion isn’t the taking of a human beings life intentionally, it obviously is! But if you are unwilling to learn, move along none of us will mind.

Wrong again...I haven't seen anyone say abortion isn't the taking of human life...it is and I don't know anyone who said it isn't....and neither do you.

And it has no relevance to women's right to their own bodies.

I think your "us" is funny....how many of you are there? Or can't you venture an opinion without backup?

You must be new here if you truly believe that. Even YOU denied that abortion is a homicide early in in the other thread. I am glad my attempts to educate you were successful!

I must say I am surprised!

He's convinced me not to have an abortion today. Congrats, all those pages of mindless rhetoric have paid off.

I never said abortion is homicide...you have a very vivid imagination which you seem to need so you can see only what you want to see...

OK, now go right ahead and imagine I said something else...just as you imagine you have a relevant point :)

Ok so none of this even makes sense. But you did actually say abortion is not a homicide in a prior thread. Doesn’t matter if you claim you didn’t, You did!

It’s a good thing that decision is left up to the individual.

Are you in favor of making Peoples personal decisions a matter for public discretion?
