Well, self-defense is a homicide and that should certainly be legal. Seeing as you finally got the Liberals to admit that abortion is a homicide, it demolishes their primary argument -- "woman's body, woman's choice" -- seeing as getting a haircut is not a homicide. The argument then comes down to whether or not the fetus has a right to life, and woman's perspective arguments (which always seem to fall flat).

Which I have repeatedly asked - what makes killing a fetus immoral? I have yet to receive an answer from a lifer. But you are correct - that some pro-choice people still hold on to the idea the fetus is not a human is rather silly.

The same thing that makes killing a newborn immoral.

That is a gigantic fail of an argument. War is governed by law as well and is consistently handled by the law in the same fashion. What does the killing of an innocent child in utero have to do with war?

Really? Who's law the attacker or the defender?

Clearly, you must be a veteran of many wars.
