. . . . Sixteen years ago on September 28, 2000, the Food and Drug Administration approved RU-486 or Mifepristone.[SUP]1[/SUP] The first FDA approved “abortion pill” accounts for about a quarter of all non-hospital abortion of gestation(s) in the United States today. Medicated abortion of gestation is safe and effective and is, unfortunately, the only local or same county option for elective abortion of gestation for most U.S. counties today.

. . . . . The "alt-right" theists have continued trying to protect human gestation before actually begun and as early as insemination, whether the resulting zygote is implanted in a uterine wall or has not. This is alleged to not be counter to science because science has not authoritatively identified when the spermatozoa infestation has transitioned from embryo to Fetus. "Alt-right" theists, alleging to be scientists, try to argue even the embryo is a human life when this is clearly untrue. A properly stored embryo may be kept frozen for years in order to be implanted later.

. . . . The (human-life=embryo) FIAT ignores the sanctity of the beginning of human life. Human lives have first begun when the placenta fully nourishes a Fetus with a detectable heartbeat. This moment in gestation can never be predicted or even be observed by science and this proves the utter sanctity of human life.

. . . . Forty-one U.S. States restrict abortion of the viable Fetus[SUP]2[/SUP]. Most hospitals will only perform abortions through the 22nd week of pregnancy, whether allowed by law or not. The court said in Casey, 1992, State laws may require a woman and her doctor to perform tests to prove a fetus is not viable before artificially aborting gestation.

Having recently lost the ability to regulate gestation before viability, "alt-right" theists have continued trying to protect human gestation indirectly be making artificial gestation abortion more expensive to provide. Arkansas Act 577 was one such Act and is why Act 301 was not allowed enforced. The ignorant Arkansas law affected both Act 301 and the Texas Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt litigation.[SUP]3[/SUP]

After HRC is U.S. President, Obama's pick for SCOTUS must be considered by the Senate. If by some error HRC is not the next U.S. President, Obama's pick for SCOTUS must still be considered by the Senate. After being appointed by a U.S. President, the only consideration left by law is by the Senate. The Senate could refuse to consider any appointments by the next democratic oligarch for two or even four years until DT runs again.

After HRC is U.S. President, the Hyde Amendment will be repealed or be invalidated by SCOTUS. The Democratic Platform does not encourage abortions of gestation to be done in hospital delivery rooms, but the language used implies allowing even these.

Human lives are given dignity and sanctity by most religious people. The alt-right religious people and Catholics generally wish to recognize dignity and sanctity of ALL. The alt-right religious people and Catholics lost the ability to protect the sanctity desired for the end of life (forbud by law in most States[SUP]4[/SUP]) and have already in 5 U.S. States[SUP]5[/SUP].

"In 2006, the Royal Dutch Medical Association declared, "being over the age of 70 and tired of living," should be an acceptable reason for requesting euthanasia."[SUP]6[/SUP]

The completely recognition of humanistic dignity for human lives from "Fetus" to "death" will be the result of SCIENCE when protected after 12-weeks or heartbeat to seventy years by law. This rejects the sanctity of both the beginning and end of human life.

It seems clear that you purposefully used the term "Human Life" as a means to avoid committing to defining what you actually mean....thus did I vote none of the above.

A human life exists first as a Fetus consuming external energy, as was discovered by science. This time can't be measured or detected.
I believe a human can decide when life is too unpleasant to continue and should be allowed to do this painlessly.

A human life exists first as a Fetus consuming external energy, as was discovered by science. This time is indeterminate and therefore human laws can't protect sanctity on the beginning side of life.
I do not have any such motto; Sorry. I feel only the dignity of the human should be protected.
I believe most pregnancies are mistakes and should be aborted in the first 8 weeks unless a profession of intent to conceive is publicly filed before pregnancy begins. I will not vote for a few weeks but think protecting sanctity of life is theistic.

As long as humans can be classified as "collateral damage," this discussion is moot.

When do you feel (based on science) that an unborn mass of cells becomes a real human that should be given basic civil rights for self preservation, or does that right not exist in the womb?

Actually, science dictates that a fertilized egg within a human womb is "Human Life" as it is Human and alive. Your "Belief" in not relevant where strangers within society are concerned. Thus do we have laws developed to apply to the entire society created by government and legislature. Or in this case the Supreme Court.

I see you have been completely sucked into the propaganda to mislabel all who disagree with you as "alt right". Rather than remain objective and rational, you choose to smear and avoid rational discussion. Right there you forfeit all claim to the use of "science" in your argument.

Entering text on a forum is not the same thing as caring about human life and dignity. You don't care and you are not fooling anyone here. You are posting for your own benefit, not for the benefit of the unwanted unborn children.

NASA uses one definition I largely agree with for life.
The Oxford dictionary has a more succinct definition of life that I mostly accept.

I have adopted, using the linked definitions above, a more concise and more accurate definition of life most humans will accept. This includes SCOTUS for the next consideration of artificial abortion of gestation.

Life involves the use of external energy sources for the purpose of perpetual existence as a form/manner of existing.

Human life first happens when the placenta has begun producing enough progesterone to support gestation of a Fetus with an audible heartbeat. A Fetus and all mammals viewing this thread began life as a parasite.

No; See above. The zygote to embryo use no external energy sources except for heat and are NOT a human life. These stages of growing cellular infestations are not even parasites like the Fetus is at first. The human life first exist when consuming energy through the umbilical cord. This definition for life will be accepted by SCOTUS very soon and already has been by most humans of Earth including the general public reader.

Again....YOUR personal opinion does not get to dictate the lives and freedoms of everyone else, regardless of just how special you think you are.
As far as your belief in SCOTUS revisiting RvW.....Good luck with that, more rabid people than you have been trying for 50 yrs.

A direct quote of yours from another thread :

""I think I know things no human on Earth today knows. Not only is this true for today, but things I think I know today are far beyond any experience in human history.

I am only highly intelligent according to two prior scientific attempts to measure my mind by U.S. Courts""""

....now do you know why I feel you have no credibility...(among a host of other reasons).

. . . . The people who completely swallowed propaganda believe a fundamental human right is protected by the 2nd Amendment. These people are "alt-right" in my opinion due to using propaganda or ALTernate facts to define human rights.

. . . . The "alt-left" is as large an ALT contingent as the "alt-right" and also use propaganda or ALTernate facts to define human rights. I am not rational? I certainly agree.

. . . . Like rational numbers being used to find irrational numbers. e.g. 22/7. I am irrational or am only described by the quotient of a prime number greater than 10 divided by the next lower prime number. e.g. 11/7, 13/11, 17/11, 19/17 etc. There is NO way for science to even broadly describe my mind.

. . . . I will not benefit when the U.S. Supreme Court admits human life begins with the Fetus and ends with death. It will occur before 2028, regardless of the next POTUS.

. . . . IMhO Unwanted, unborn children should ALWAYS be aborted LONG BEFORE becoming apparent to the public.

. . . . When an artificial uterus is developed or a safe method for transferring the Fetus to any other host has arrived, the right of human host females to kill a Fetus (parasite) within will no longer exist. I do not care how long this takes and do not personally care about any Fetus right now.

You have said several times you do not care about children or the fetus ...SOOOOOOOOOO, what we have , and what it ALWAYS boils down to, is YOU WANT TO PUNISH WOMEN FOR HAVING SEX WITHOUT YOU BY FORCING THEM TO GIVE BIRTH....

BS. The phrase "alt right" was almost unheard of until Hilary announced a few days ago that it was the new PC term used to denigrate anyone who disagrees with the "progressives". Its just like calling someone a racist or homophobe, its designed to smear and silence. You have lost all credibility in claiming you have anything to do with science or objectivity.

OP fails because the terms "dignity" and "sanctity" have nothing whatsoever to do with science.

There is nothing to discuss because the OP is based upon a fallacious premise.

    Have a nice day!

For someone claiming to possess superior intelligence, you seem to have a hard time understanding the actual issue. An artificial uterus will only create more "unwanted" children. We don't have enough loving homes for those we have now. If you really wanted to do something for humanity, you would use your super-human brain power to help solve the real issue. It is not a legal issue and cannot be solved using technology.
