None of this matters. The first amendment is clear.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"

So making laws to respect your or any other religions concept of marriage is unconstitutional, I don't care how preposterous you feel it is. Further they can't prohibit the free exercise thereof. It doesn't matter how legitimate you think the religion is. People have the right to pick or make uptheir own religion.

the first amendment doesn't recognize religion.

Strawman! Geeze you guys are so bad with the strawman arguments! When did I say that nothing is forced on us?

That is something for which you are not allowed to correct. You can't tell people what to believe with regards to their religion.

Oh go look it up. Use Google. You know as well as I do that it is there.

That doesn't even make sense and you know it. What proof do you have that they will commit adultery or lie?

I already did. That was it. Those are your words. This is what you said:
You said homosexual marriage is not different that interracial marriage (gay = black argument BTW again) bans which ALSO took 100 years to adjudicate.

    You just did. See above.

Yes, it is racist and that is exactly what you did.

You just did it again. I don't know how you can deny it with a straight face, but calling me a liar when you just did it again doesn't help your argument.

Marriage is not a right. Healthcare is not a right. Food is not a right. You can't marry your daughter. There is no right for that. So why can't states say you can't have homosexual marriage? The states have always defined it.

Calling me a liar and a sinner is just silly since you just did it again for all to see.
