Africa can no longer be called 'poor' overall, but poverty still an issue

So, some people are at least getting out of survivalist mode. There's still some progress to be made and the new stances some of the new presidents are taking prioritize education over symbolisms. As time goes by, the overall poverty/poor situation will improve.
