It seems to me that woman was only going through hypothetical scenarios how someone like her might be prosecuted under different laws.

But would she even be prosecuted?
It's not like there are not other ways to medically deal with that.

Maybe she does have a point that the drugs she is referring to have a place. But if so, maybe they should still be used under the medical supervision of a doctor, to make sure other people are not misusing them.

The issue that the video in your opening post gets at could have been phrased so much more simply, without framing it in so much emotion.
