    Sure she's a threat. She phyiscally assaulted someone, violently and would not stop. That endangered a baby she was carrying and resulted in the death of that baby. That's a homicide and no charges what so ever. Blacks excusing and letting blacks off for serious crimes again.
    Again are pregnant women immune from prosecution for violent crimes even ones that result in a homicide now?

    It was a violent assault which even after attempts to stop her she continued and it ended up with a homicide.

    And yet the charges were dropped. Video showed that the woman shot was actually retreating when she was shot.
    I didn't deny and facts in this thread and the use of the hypothetical and the charges being dropped prove that your interpretation of them were wrong all along

    Yes as I was the first to note. A violent assault, a homicide and no charges at all. Let's just call the whole thing off says the DA, let's just don't even go there even though the citizen grand jury brought charges, she didn't want bother with it.

    Lack of rebuttal to the facts noted. A homicide occurred, a violent assault occurred. And the DA can't be bothered.

    No, when evidence came forward that contradicted the police information given to the grand jury. So yes, you are the first loser.

    Not in this case. She is pregnant, she is responsible for the baby she carries. If anything brings her or her baby to risk, it is for her to extricate herself and her baby. She did not do that, therefore it is she who must bear the cost of her stupidity...

    Had to finish another book first, but started this yesterday.... really creepy and not too far from the perfect world as envisioned by the conservative right...

    Frankly, not awesome writing (yet), but a great scary concept.

    There are people who think like those religious nuts right on this website... and these are the ones out in the open..

    Thanks for the tip.... I see this lady has written other books.... Anything else you've read?
