    Every time I see someone use ellipses repeatedly like a comma I assume they are poorly educated.

    What do you think contrails are made of?

    They are not made from hydrocarbon reactions in the engine. They are made from the condensation of water vapor that the plane leaves behind.

    They are made out of water, when water vapor condenses thanks to the cold air into little particles or ice crystals that are so tiny they can be suspended.

    That's your breathe on a cold day, and a naturally formed cloud, AND the cloud trail left behind after a plane flies through.

    They're all made out of water. They all form in the exact same way. The only difference is the source of the water vapor. And don't forget, water is a chemical.

    It mostly comes from the volume of air sucked into the turbine. Jet a has very low water content.

    Water vapor along with carbon dioxide are byproducts from the burning of hydrocarbon fuels...that along with atmospheric humidity as well as other factors contribute to contrails......and HFD knew (*)(*)(*)(*) well what I meant about 'nothing chemical about them'
