Fine. I think the issues she is raising around condition on the border or climate change get lost in all the ad hominem though.

American politics has become too much about personality and theatre with little substance.

"Orange Man Ba Bahhh BAADDDD" they all bleat in unison.
Reminds me of the tree frogs in my yard at night, in rainy season. You step outside and the croaking stops, after several seconds of stillness, one starts back up and within seconds, hundreds all across the yard, croak in a similar unison.

There are no where near as many threads mocking Biden as there are about AOC on this forum.

And your comment about threads mocking Biden sort of makes my point that these threads are really about mocking and deriding rather than discussing anything of substance.

You have literally said nothing of substance other than spouting tired insults that you saw on the internet and thought it would be the hight of cleverness to repost here for the thousanth time.

If you think that is a win, fine. Don't you have anything more constructive to say or do?

To be fair, the crap that comes out of her mouth is extremely difficult to take seriously. She begs for scorn and ridicule.

I've never seen someone be so triggered by a four word post. I've never seen anyone read quite so much into four words either..... :spin:

I will continue to criticize whomever for whatever whenever it is deserved, and it will continue to have nothing to do with sex or race.

May I suggest you quit :deadhorse: and respond instead to the criticisms at face value, when the time arises?

Or not. That's what the ignore button is for....

How sad it must be to be a Trump supporter.

Believing that scientists, scholars, teachers, economists, and journalists have devoted their entire careers to deceiving you, while a reality TV star with decades of fraud and documented lying, is your only beacon of truth and honesty.

I'm not triggered at all. Why would you think that?

Say something of substance about any of her policy positions and I will respond.

You jumped in on my post and called me a weak mind, remember? If anything you are the one being triggered. My op in this thread was to correct someone who called her "uneducated." Then you two jumped in.

If you don't want to talk to me then don't. I don't use ignore because I' m not afraid of opinions that differ than mine.

And nowhere near as many threads about Occasional Cortex as Trump. Your point?

You have literally been all over the map here. You've gone off on Kings statements and where's the outrage about such and such when the topic is AOC and her comments. In fact we HAVE discussed her New Green Deal in other threads here in detail, just the costs and time involved in having to retrofit the buildings in order to make them Green Compliant was amazing, especially when you consider the costs involved in doing just ONE building. But the LW here doesnt listen when we discussed that and deflect onto Trump. Heck, you even saw it in the post above your own, an extremely simplistic deflection away from the topic onto Trump. It's all... certain posters do. Did you see anything of substance in that post? Have you ever?

You want debates of substance? I can and have done that, although I can't do much this weekend. But you might want to check out what your own side is doing as well. I again direct you to the post above yours. Tired insults indeed. If you're gonna call out the RW for it, fine. Just be aware the LW here has posters doing nothing but that as well.

I'd rather see issues of substance all around discussed including when politicians make stupid statements. I would be happy to discuss Trump's border policy or the economics of some form of new deal with you when and if you get time.

I've spent a fair amount of time exploring the costs and benefits of innovating towards a greener economy.

I agree that both sides are respinsible for the degradation of political discourse. You have to admit that Trump has taken it to a whole new level though.......right?

What about him? Plenty of threads.
Mainly we are laughing because she was elected....last job, bartender. And then we laugh because she keeps providing new material. AND she is the media sweetheart, gets tons of air time, they keep her in the spotlight.

Yeah. This weekend I'm in North Hollywood visiting my mother in law at the hospital, so I'm not doing very much else. And I've said often enough I'm not a Trump fan although I've also said IMO Hilla was worse than him.

Yeah, I sort of get it. My first post on this thread was to correct a statement that she was uneducated is all.

Then I said I love how the right loses their mind over her which hurt some people's feelings, I guess.

I actually don't mind mockery if it is original or funny.

It actually can't. You need to take 1st year calc, stats, linear algebra and in some cases differential equations.

I minored in ec and 3rd year stats is nothing to sneeze at.

It's the left wing noise machine. In less than one term Trump has taken the Obama 8 year long stagnant malaise.

Trump has done more for Black Americans in less than 4 years than Obama did in all 8.

I learned that stuff in High School back in the 1970's. If that's what they're learning in College, the bar has been lowered dramatically.

You didn't learn 3rd year stats in high school in the 70's.
