In any case today is WINX day after winning her fourth Cox Plate as the undisputed champion of the world. Now thats Australian, and if you dont agree....get stuffed...
Don't forget if you're an Aussie resident or citizen please do my poll. http://www.politicalforum.com/index...eel-safer-carrying-a-concealed-weapon.544126/
Chalk and cheese, talking about factional government as a separation of power is extraordinary. Again clearly not a representation of separation of power.
Clearly you have nothing to say except to knock another's upload. Disagree? How so. Ooops, that would require uploading something meaningful Lord Blessed the Constitutional system and the separation of power. If not, how come we're and you're not. Both Australia and started about the same time. And if anyone wishes to educate me on how a Legislative election of the Chief Executive is "separation of powers", please do so. I am most interested. Really.
If one political party controls the House, the Senate and the president, how can the separation of powers be said to function? "An example of separation of powers at work, is that, while federal judges are appointed by the President (the executive branch), and confirmed by the Senate; they can be impeached by the legislative branch (Congress), which holds sole power to do that."
1) party affiliation is not like Aussie when it comes to practice. Aussie party affiliation apparently requires a more slavish acceptance by the UnFree. Witness the McCain vote on the repeal of ObamaCare. Witness Senator Ted Kennedy blocking President Carter. 2) I do not know any Judge has been successfully impeached & removed from office. Moi Political Party is not in the Constitution. George Washington did not like the concept. They evolved as Jefferson & Madison disagreed with Washington, Hamilton & Adams Don't ize Australia
https://www.britannica.com/topic/Australian-ballot READ MORE ON THIS TOPIC election: Secret voting Once suffrage rights had been extended to masses of voters who, in theory, were assumed to be equal,… Voting by Australian ballot usually takes place in a prescribed manner. The voting boxes are required to be of certain dimensions and closed, the only aperture being a small slit at the top. These containers are examined before the poll begins and cannot be opened until the count begins. The voter marks a ballot, often while standing in a special booth, and (after the voter’s right to vote has been verified) the vote is placed inside the container. In Great Britain the secret ballot was finally introduced for all parliamentary and municipal elections by the Ballot Act of 1872. In the United States, the Australian ballot system was extensively adopted after the presidential election of 1884. The most Americans killed in war was Americans killing Americans to settle a political dispute by the defenders of "democracy". You lecture us on politics and freedom in a country bristling with guns a significant number of which are held by people fearful of the government. Yeah your right we're wrong. . .Sheesh
Guns, hatred, racism, treachery and corruption..welcome to the USA empire which has been crumbling for decades, and no-one in the USA is prepared to admit it... .
Oh a lot are willing to admit it ,I see a constant flow on twitter. I think the mid-terms will show us the true Americans. The silent majority are starting to speak
On the separation of powers there is distinct difference. In the US they are "co-equal". That works okay until each branch is dominated by the one party and then it hits the fan - as right now. In Australia, following the Westminster tradition, parliament is supreme. Someone has to be primus inter pares and we like it to be our parliament.
LOL, since you don't understand your own nations concept of separation of powers, uploading anything to educate you would be waste of everybody’s time. Once again, the most simplest of concepts is that factional government is not separation of powers. It is just politics. Once you understand that concept come back and try discuss other nations… Oh by the way, I like that you consider your own nation to be the greatest, even though you don’t know why. Simply throwing out catch phrases to support your nationalism is great but it does nothing for your personal appearance. Oh wait… Trump did get elected over there did and really all the misogynist, racist git did was throw out the populist catch phrases out. It Astounds me the nation is doing ok with that fool and (court still out) even the foreign policy appears to be going well. Who would figure… but hey it appears you don’t need to comprehend what other nations do.
AUSTRALIA DOESN'T EXIST The planes just turn around over the ocean and land in one of those american states no one knows about
in all honesty, there never was any such basis for that claim by the churches especially when you consider the Inquisition, the Reformation wars, Western imperialism, etc

But Cabinet ministers said Thursday the government is maintaining its much-criticized policy of sending all asylum seekers who attempt to reach Australia by boat to immigration camps on Nauru and Papua New Guinea. . . . . Wow, Australia plans to separate children from their asylum seeking parents. How Trump. Moi Don't ize Australia
